By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to the rental terms set forth in this listing. Cabin rental agreement. DURING YOUR STAY:

Pet fee is $165 non refundable deposit. Please pack your dog's bedding and a crate. We would ask you to keep it off the couches, blankets, and beds, and crate it when you're not there. If there’s any damage or scratches, there’s going to be an extra charge!
We take care of pet fee payment after booking is confirmed with a separate payment. 2 dog max. We do require them to be crated when you’re not in the cabin with them.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We need the 10am-4pm window to allow time to clean/sanitize the cabin and address anything maintenance related.

1. This house is privately owned/managed. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premise.

2. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless if substantial. It is our home. Please treat it as if it were your own.

3. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Fine is $500

5. We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay, especially if it's longer than 3 nights. Absolutely no grease to be drained in any sink or toilet!

4. NO REFUNDS for weather related issues, road conditions, power outages beyond our control.

7. NO REFUNDS for a long term reservations.

8. Only 8 people max occupancy including children!

9. Keep doors closed during your stay to keep bugs/critters out. You are in the mountains. AC works great when all the doors are closed.

10. BEARS: There is a very good chance you will see bears near the cabin, do not feed the bears! Also do not leave food in your car, bears can damage you vehicle trying to get to food and we will not be responsible for such damages. Please leverage bear-proof trash cans.

To help our housekeeper prepare for the next guest follow rules below:
1-Please empty fridge completely.
2-Please discard all BAGGED trash in the outside bear-proof trashcans.
3-Please load all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run cycle. Soap is provided.
4-Place all used towels in bathtub
5-Make sure all windows and doors are shut and locked.
6-Please be checked out by 10am. Cleaner will likely to be there around 10:05
7-Leave the AC at 72 degrees in the summer/fall
