Fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch, or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc, are also there for you. There is also a large wooden dining room table right off the kitchen, with plenty of space for you and your family to dine and gather together.

Bear Crossing is the perfect vacation destination to both relax and entertain! Enjoy family movie night in the spacious living room while cuddled up on the leather couches, while the fireplace roars in the distance. Step upstairs into the loft game room to watch the game on the flat screen! Step out onto the covered and screened-in porch and take a dip in the bubbling hot tub. Or, if relaxing in a jacuzzi tub is more your style, you are in luck because we have two! Step outside onto the front patio and sit back and relax in a rocking chair or porch swing while you sip your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine - all while taking in the fresh Smoky Mountain air!

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

IMPORTANT: This is pet-friendly which means 2 dogs are allowed and must be non-aggressive and crated if left in home. No other animals are allowed, and breach of these rules will result in penalties of $250 per infraction.

Please also note that this property uses a well water source, which is common for cabins in the Smoky Mountains. Due to the natural minerals in the water, you may notice a strong sulfur smell. Rest assured, the water is safe for use and adds to the authentic mountain experience. The cabin has a water filtration system for sulfur from the well. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to us ahead of your stay!
