Welcome to our newly renovated cottage just a 1.5 miles from Dollywood! If you want to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, and still feel like you're nestled away in the mountains, then this is right for you! We take a ton of pride in making this the cleanest place you've ever stayed. -Location-

This dreamy cottage is located in a very quiet area right off of Veterans Blvd. so you can get where you wanna go to quick but feel like you're deep in the woods when you get back home from a day of fun! You'll be snoozin' about a minute from Veterans Blvd. and only a few minutes from the parkway!





This entire unit is one level with a ramp going up into the house. There is a ton of parking and it is all paved. No crazy mountain roads to go up either!!



-Bedrooms-

The master bedroom has a private tub/shower ensuite and cozy sitting area. Sit back and relax after a long day of having fun with the family.



The additional two bedrooms have a total of 3 queen beds and share a handicap accessible bathroom.



-Kitchen-

Your retreat will come fully stocked with all the kitchen appliances you could think of, for any home-cooked meals you like to make. You'll also enjoy a beautiful dining table for all the good takeout you'll be bringing home too!





Last but certainly not least is the outdoor space. You have your pick to sit out front in your rocking chairs or outback on your private patio with outdoor table and seating.
