• Six Bedrooms – Five king suites, each with a private en-suite bath, and a charming bunk room for the kids (two twin + two full beds). All rooms feature pillow-top mattresses, premium linens, and LG 43" Smart TVs. Space for 16 guests.
• Seven Full & Three Half Baths – Impeccably designed with top-tier fixtures. Two suites feature shower/tub combos, others offer spacious walk-in showers.
• Chef’s Kitchen Made for Togetherness – Fully equipped with double ovens (4 oven spaces), deep refrigerator, crushed ice maker, two microwaves, dishwasher, wine glasses, bakeware, and even toddler-friendly dinnerware. Perfect for everything from pancake breakfasts to multi-course celebrations. Other items in the kitchen include crock pots, air fryer, Keurig and drip coffee makers, charcuterie board, and Kitchen Air stand mixer.

- Pool cleaning and Care: The custom indoor heated pool has scheduled cleaning and chemical balancing twice per week. The pool technician will need the enter through the lower level exterior pool door entrance and this may be during your stay.
- Pest control: The Lady Vista is regularly inspected and treated for the prevention and control of pests. From time to time, you may see pests inside or outside of the cabin.
- Generator: The Lady Vista has a back up generator to supply guests with power in the case of a power outage. Never have to worry with the loss of power.
- Before You Book: The final stretch of road to The Lady Vista is part paved, part gravel, with hills, curves, and a gated entry. Any vehicle can make it, but if you’re not used to mountain roads, AWD/4WD is recommended. Your gate code will be provided prior to arrival.
