Our Cozy home is situated in the beautiful mountains of the East Tennessee area. Located at just under 3 miles to Pigeon Forge, 15 miles from Gatlinburg, and 9 miles to the heart of Sevierville we are close enough to enjoy everything on your list! 4 season home with 1100sq. feet including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very enjoyable stay! The host was very communicative and friendly. Even checked in the second day of our stay via text to see how things were going and to see if we needed anything. The house itself was not too big and not too small. Just the perfect amount of room. Very clean and well organized and comfy. You are in a beautiful wooded area but only 15 minutes from the Parkway. Some caveats, which luckily for us didn’t impede our enjoyment of the place, just giving an FYI to people considering the rental. They have well water so you need to bring your own drinking water and water for coffee etc. I rechecked the listing throughly and didn’t see this listed. I didn’t find this out until a few days before my trip. For those with limited mobility, not even just including wheelchairs, the path from where you park to the house is kinda steep and is comprised of imbedded stones. It isn’t shown in the pictures included in the listing. Just shows the path to the game room. It can be a bit tricky to climb when carrying luggage or during/after rain. Not a deal breaker for us but just wanted people to be aware. If the morning light wakes you up easily you may wish to bring a sleep mask. The curtains are very sheer, with the ones in the master bedroom being slightly see through and none have blinds underneath. None of these things made our stay there unenjoyable. We just felt they were things people should know in advance. Still would highly recommend this lovely hideaway.

It was fantastic! Very cute, very cozy, had all of the amenities we could need and then some. I absolutely loved the swings on the front porch and the layout of the house. It felt like there was plenty of space for 3 adult women without us also feeling too separated. Absolutely would recommend. Maria was kind and helpful when I had any questions, and provided plenty of information about the property and the area.

The only positive thing I have to say is that it was clean There was a sign that stated the water was well water and should not be consumed, however, there was no bottled water provided. My husband is rather fit at 82 years old, however the “sidewalk” was made of round stones and it was even hard for the younger people in our group to manage. The beds were just a mattress on a low metal frame which was also not something I was expecting. We were attending a wedding in the area. After seeing the property and spending one night of our three nights, I reached out and asked if we could have a refund for our last night as the property was quite secluded, and I was told no. We had zero cell service, which meant no help if we had an emergency. So, We went into town and got a hotel. We paid for 3 nights and spent one at the property Unless you are extremely fit, and bring water with you I would think twice. Also I will add that the entrance door had a wreath on it that said Merry Christmas, the wedding we attended was August 10, 2025.

Lovely place. Quiet (if you're not with us rowdy 65 year-olds who still act like we're 21. LOL) House is on a slight incline, so walking up the walkway was a little bit of a challenge, but otherwise wonderful location. A reflective device would be helpful to find the driveway at night. Sorry about not being able to submit pictures. All pictures are on another's phone. But trust me, we had a great time!!!

Perfect location for what we wanted! We stay in the PF area 4-6 times a year and this spot will definitely be added into our rotation. Comfortable and quiet. All of the comforts of home. Plenty of room. Maria was great with communication and checking on us. Close enough to get to the strip, but far enough away to feel like you are in the mountains. Campfire at night and sitting on the porch was ideal!

We had lovely time staying at Maria's place in the Smokies! It's so cute and tucked away in the woods away from all the hustle and bustle. We made a fire and roasted marshmellow's under a blanket of stars and enjoyed some great quality family time. Maria's place has a fully stocked kitchen that we utilized every day. It was very clean and organized when we arrived. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Cozy little place

It was a cozy little house with anything you could need. We only stayed 2 days. We were sad that we couldn’t find the key to the game shed but we honestly barely had enough to play anyway so it really wasn’t a big deal to us. The owner was extremely communicative and helpful along our stay. I highly recommend staying at this property and I would absolutely stay here again if I come back this way.

Beautiful and Comfy

This property is setting in a beautiful location. The listing is just like the pictures online and has everything a family could need for a stay in the Smoky Mountains. It was also very clean, probably one of the cleanest our family has stayed in. It has a spacious area outside for a campfire or kids to play and the game shed was a hit for our kids. The check-in and out process was easy. We also had great communication with the property owners. I would highly recommend this property.
