Important Seasonal & Logistics Notes
• Douglas Lake Levels: Please note that the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) draws down lake levels from mid-September to late April. During this "off-season," the dock is not usable and water access is extremely limited. However, the indoor pool and sauna make this a premier destination even in winter!
• Parking: We provide off-site storage for one trailer at a nearby facility (no trailer parking allowed on-site). The nearest boat launch is 8 miles away in Dandridge.
• Community Growth: This is a developing resort; you may notice construction on neighboring cabins during your stay.
