Mom Bear & 3 cubs active/Video Arcade & Traditional Pool room/Two Master Kings

6/15/23..... We have a momma bear and 3 very small cubs living in the lots behind cabin. Everybody has been seeing them. Babies are often seen sleeping in trees 50...60ft up with momma at base of tree Use caution watching children and exhibit good trash/food control. 8/14/23 Bears still present, but momma is whining them and they are now strolling around on their own and curious. 10/24/23 bears still very active.11/27/23 Bears still visit often, but usually only 1 or 2 bears at a time looking for food. The cubs have grown a lot. Bears Surprisingly 1/11/24 bear sightings from bear family still common momma had another litter. Foot prints common all around cabin and on deck. Yesterday... 2/24/24 we saw momma with two babies and saw one of last years litter last week trying to get into trash while we were cleaning last week. 4/1/24 saw momma on property with 2 cubs. 5/23/24, 8/18/24, 9/19/24.....Bears still avtive. 12/19/24 Momma had another litter waking her up during hibernation constantly.. youll see her on warmer days 50f/55f or warmer. Starting to think momma will have a litter here every year.. Thats at least 7 different bears that we know of since late spring, but we are sure they have spread out over the neighborhoob.. They have approached me when I yell at them, which suggests people have been feeding them. It is against the law to feed bears and you will get $10,000 fine if caught. It endangers children, so please don't feed and stay safe. Another litter early April 25. Obviously, it's now known we have two large mothers having litters nearby.

"Sweet Serenity" is not your usual log cabin. This newly 2020 completed cabin is in the prestigious much desired neighborhood of Starr Crest Resort. The cabin sleeps 10 and has many features you will not find in the regular log cabin. The cabin is partially handicap assesible on the main floor, has a oversized deck, hot tub with a bar built around it, oversized downstairs gameroom, classic video arcade in the gamers sleeper loft and many other features you will not find in 99% of cabins. More details below.

To start off with much of the upper floor is handicap assesible. It has a over sized handicapped bedroom with a oversized bathroom and shower. The bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the oversized deck ideal for wheelchairs.
Then there is the gameroom. Not only does this gameroom have a pool table as you would expect ....it has a fooseball table, and large tv with music apps.
The downstairs gameroom really comes in handy on those rainy days that do occasionally happen. There is also a classic video arcade with 8 working multicade cabinets in the gamers sleeper loft.

In the oversized upstairs sleeping loft there are 2 queen beds and it currently has over 9 multi game classic arcade cabinets.

The hot tub area is built on a oversized well lit deck and has a nice bar on both sides with a nice charcoal bbq. The bars around the hot tub allows for folks to sit down and speak to those in the hot tub. They can even have a meal there. Another nice features about the hot tub is that it has a fan above it to help make it more enjoyable. Helps reduce the sweat on your face and blows any insects away. A bar and a fan above the hot tub really help to make this more of a hang out during group gatherings.

The kitchen has everything you would need for an ideal home away from home for your family and invited friends. Dishwasher, oven, stove, oversived frig with large freezer, drip Mr coffee and Keurig. Has many pots, pans, utensils and extras.
