Our cabin is situated in the prestigious Resort of Lodges at Reedmont and is located just minutes from all the best attractions and entertainment in the area. Our Resort offers both basketball and Pickleball Courts. It is 2 minutes from Soaky Mountain and the Sevierville Convention Center and Pigeon Forge is only a 15-minute drive away which hosts Dollywood, the number one sought after family destination in the Smoky Mountains.

You are just 2 minutes from Soaky Mountain and the Sevierville Convention Center and Pigeon Forge is only a 15-minute drive away which hosts Dollywood, and a ton of shows and entertainment. If it is nature you seek, you are only 30 mins from the Great Smoky Mountains with an abundance of waterfalls and hiking!

*Only 4 cars will fit in parking area

*Absolutely NO PARTIES

*Limit to 12 guests and no overnight additional guests

*Small Breed Dogs Only: Limit 2 up to 15lbs. $75 fee per pet is applicable.

*Please note, although this a new housing development, the construction on the street which the home sits has been completed

*NO SMOKING ALLOWED!

*Hot tub takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.



Dog Behavior & Liability

Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.

Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
