We are family owned and operated, professionally cleaned, and it's in a great location!
This condo is in a prime location that is approximately, a half a mile from the Apple Barn, and less than a mile from the Great Smoky Mountain Parkway - the main thoroughfare between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Inside your riverfront retreat, discover personal touches that create a homey and welcoming feel. Unwind next to the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the smart TV in the living area. Whip up delectable dishes in the pristine kitchen with a full suite of appliances and ample cookware. Additional highlights include, a jetted tub in the main en suite, an additional smart TV in the primary bedroom, a private washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi.
Our condo is inspected annually by the Sevier County Fire Inspector, to ensure your stay is as safe as possible. Our permit is prominently displayed right outside and inside the front door. We have also included a picture of our most recent permit dated 03/2023. Our unit is equipped with hard wired smoke detectors, three carbon monoxide detectors, a sprinkler system, and a fire extinguisher. You will find that we have taken extra steps inside our unit to help your stay be as safe as possible.
