The Peaceful Perch has a georgeous mountain view in Wears Valley. This beautiful cabin is just 10 minutes from Townsend and 17 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. Come enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, game room, movie theater and more.

The Peaceful Perch is a fully furnished one king en-suite, a king and queen in a large open loft, and queen bunk beds and twin bunk beds in the game room area. There are three full bathrooms total, one on each floor. With this, 12 guests can sleep comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee maker and coffee plus all of the essentials to create a wonderful meal. You may also want to grill on the charcoal grill located just off of the back porch.

The open living room on the main floor provides great views of the mountains, porch, kitchen and 65 inch smart TV. The master bedroom with en-suite is also on this level and has its own smart TV.

Upstairs includes beds, bathroom, seating areas in addition to a huge multipurpose closet that can be used as a playroom for the kids or workspace if needed…remember, you’re on vacation.

Downstairs, you will find a theater with 85 inch smart TV and Sonos sound bar and subwoofer. The theater has 6 plush, electric leather seats along with 2 large bean bag chairs. Of course, there’s room for more seating so feel free to move chairs from the game room just around the corner or grab a few blankets to enjoy the movie or big game with your family. Enjoy Pac Man, NFL Blitz or play some pool while watching another large smart TV hung in the game room.

House broken dogs are welcome. Please no puppies who are not housebroken, no puppy pads. No dogs who are chewers or who "mark." There is a $125 pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets. There is a great fenced area your dog can go hang out and go to the restroom. However, please read the next paragraph.

The cabin is near the woods so you will probably hear and maybe see some “critters.” There have been bear sightings on our property so keep an eye out and do not feed them or leave food out on the porch. We don't leave our dog out by herself in case a bear comes through the area. If bears do come around, please keep your distance.

The hot tub is for everyone, however kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Have fun but use the hot tub at your own risk.

While not steep or excessive, please note there are stairs throughout the property as seen in the pictures.

No late check-out or check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10:00 a.m. on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a $50 fee administered for the first half hour and $100 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages and other events beyond our control.

Wears Valley, where the Peaceful Perch is located, is a quaint mountain town situated at the foot of the Great Smoky Mountains. This unique town offers many adventures and amazing places to eat. Wears Valley is also centrally located between Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Townsend & the GSM Park.
