Your family will be minutes from the heart of the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, but miles away from the hustle and bustle. This thee bedroom, one bathroom house used to be a recording studio. Now it can be your home away from home.

We are close to everything but still peaceful and quiet outside of Pigeon Forge. The parkway is just 2 miles from the house. The Parkway is the main route through Pigeon Forge and the hub of many of the attractions.

This place is off the beaten path but near to so much that the area has to offer such as Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains national park that draw so many to the area. In addition there are many other activities, attractions, shows, museums, restaurants and forms of entertainment for all ages.

The entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance in Gatlinburg is only 10 miles away

Overall good experience. When we first arrived the driveway was very rough, we was given a headsup but wasnt expected it to be as bad as it was. The floors was a bit dirty and left our socks and feet nasty but everything else wasclean. We had a great time with the pool table, it was just a little close to the wall is the only downside but nontheless it was a great experience!

The house was nice and clean. My family and I were comfortable. It was extremely easy voicing our concern to the host and the response was immediate. We will definitely stay there again. The only thing that waa a little frightening was the driveway but besides that it was perfect.

It was just okay. The water had a bad smell. It, lay out isn't baby friendly if your baby is crawling around a lot. The drive way is tough but manageable. For the price we spent, we could have done better and the whole place is old and outdated. We primarily stayed there because it was super close to where my wife's family was staying but if we didn't need to be close to them I would have picked somewhere else.

Pine Moutain Oasis is not an Oasis

You need a 4 wheel drive pickup to get into the driveway. Potholes and ruts all over. No water pressure in the house and couldnt take showers. Shower head was coming off the wall. All the dishes were dirty in the drawe. Had to eat out the entire trip. Kitchen faucet leaking and a lot of black mold under the sink. You can tell its been their a while. Contacted the owner and he said he would send his crew over to fix the issues. Didnt seen anyone. Probably the worst VRBO I have ever been to. I would have added photos to show but the pictures section is locked out.

Great communication but a little run down

The communication with the owner was fantastic. He was very quick to respond with problems and worked out a plan when he unfortunately had to close the entire second floor before my stay for maintenance. He did warn about the driveway but I will add that you need an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive to get up it. Rental car got stuck and we had to push it the rest of the way up. Thankfully my sisters car had all wheel so we just used her car when traveling through town. The house was outdated and could definitely use some updates. It wasn’t a bad place to stay but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the outside as the backyard was overgrown and the outdoor furniture around the fire pit seemed unstable. We didn’t want to risk sitting. The window at the front did have a hole in it and the back window in the furthest bedroom had a crack. Let the owner know so he could get it fixed before the next guests. The inside of the house was mixed reviews. The main floor bedrooms were nice and the beds were firm. The living room was large enough for us to spend time together and talk and a large kitchen table. Unfortunately there was a large step into the kitchen that was difficult for us to do repeatedly. Probably needs to be lowered. The stick on tile in the kitchen was falling off the wall over the oven and the stove indoor liner looked like it’d been chewed on. Beds were clean and they had towels and shampoo in each room. The game room was fun but old and run down machines/table

Property has potential. Host is inconsiderate

When I arrived , the driveway is a very steep hill with a deep gully in it which caused my car to bottom out in 2 spots. Arriving to the front door there were rusty razor blades in the walkway to the door. The host gave me the wrong code to the door and took almost 30 minutes to get access. Upon entry, the unit was blatantly dirty. There was dirt across all of the floors, food still in the fridge and microwave. During further inspection there was a black mold in the upstairs shower and unflushed urine in the toilet. In the downstairs restroom there was feces on the toilet seat and the front of the bowl, mold in the toothbrush holder, hair , soap and toothpaste on the sink as well as hair and soap bubbles in the shower. There were multiple dead flies throughout the property in plain sight. Outside the side of the house was a large pile of construction debris that was not picked up until day 2 of my stay. There were no curtains or blinds in the bedrooms. On day 2 of my stay, the host allowed maintenance into the unit without informing me and I was told one reason by maintenance and a different reason by the host which is highly concerning because neither issue was resolved. Once maintenance left with the construction debris they left razor blades by the door still and a broken pallet on the side of the driveway. On day 3 of my stay I realized there was a Ring camera under the motion light at the front door that is NOT visible when the light is on. Many more issues tbc

PF Getaway

Our granddaughter's high school team was playing in Pigeon Forge on spring break so our focus was not on elaborate accommodations. The cabin setup was simple but had everything we needed. It was clean and the host was very eager to keep us happy. We would definitely stay here again.

Dollywood bucket list trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin. The only concern we had was with the road going up to the cabin, not the driveway to the cabin. Not sure what the owner can do about it but it is a holey mess. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again. There was plenty of room for our group of five. We took advantage of the game room as well as the fire pit during our stay. Sean was great and very responsive. The driveway was a little difficult for us which we anticipated based on the listing information.

The property was located out just far enough away from Pigeon Forge to have a peaceful stay but close to anything we wanted within a 10 minute drive. The house had plenty of room for a family to enjoy with the amenities we needed.

Convenient but difficult

The house is close to many things but the drive way is very steep and dangerous. It is riddled with holes and my minivan struggled not to bottom out more than once. The stairway in the home is also very steep and difficult to manage with bags. The bathroom upstairs is really only suited for children as a small adult had difficulty using it. The home had most everything we needed except basic supplies like a dishrag or sponge. We enjoyed our visit, but won’t be staying again.

Family vacation

We spent 5 days here to celebrate my son’s college graduation. We loved the layout of the house! The couch was comfy and the fire pit was nice. There’s a cool pulley system to get chairs up to the deck. We also enjoyed the game room and board games. The driveway is a little tricky (like most mountain driveways) but you get the hang of it. Owner is quick to respond to messages.

Cute but needs work

We pulled up to a very cute place. Very quiet and charming from the outside. However the inside was not clean what so ever. There were crumbs and hair pins left on the kitchen table. The counter was filthy and so was the microwave plate. There was hair covering the shower drain and the floors were so dirty they turn light colored socks brown/black. The balcony was very nice to sit on but the door was held closed by a stick. Over all we were very disappointed as we felt the pictures did not do the place justice and the cleanliness was awful.
