All Fun & Games is a next-level cabin escape that lives up to its name—and then some. With a one-of-a-kind indoor pool, private theater, and a game room packed with Hoop Fever, Overdrive, air hockey, Skee-Ball, pool, and arcade games, this home is a dream for guests of all ages. Three spacious decks offer incredible mountain views and a hot tub for soaking it all in. Inside, the open-concept living space is made for connection, with a cozy seating area, a large dining table, and a fully stocked kitchen with a massive island. Six stylish bedrooms, each with a private bath, make rest and relaxation easy after a day of fun.

Duval brings even more to the table with dramatic high ceilings, expansive windows, and not one but two living rooms for your group to spread out in style. A sleek, chef-inspired kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, while the upstairs balcony offers tranquil treetop views perfect for a morning coffee moment. After a day in town, come home to unwind in the hot tub or take a dip in the heated indoor pool with a beach entry. Each bedroom at Duval features its own ensuite bathroom, a TV, and USB ports for added comfort and convenience. If you love spending time in nature, staying active, and celebrating wildlife, a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains is a must. Located along the Tennessee/North Carolina border and home to the country's most visited national park, the Smokies provide over 800 miles of hiking trails, rivers, and a good chance at a black bear sighting. The ancient mountains invite you to connect with one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world and walk among century-old trees. Talk about a step back in time!

Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. (All Fun & Games).
- Please note: the home is within a community undergoing rapid development. Be aware of high construction noise/debris surrounding the home. (Duval)
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. (Duval)
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. (Duval)
- This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! (Duval)

Parking Details:
- Driveway parking is available for 7 cars. (All Fun & Games)
- This home can accommodate 3 vehicles. Additional cars can park at the gravel lot that is two-tenths of a mile down the hill from the home. (Duval)

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
