Terrible, cabin doesn’t have water

the house had frozen pipes, we had to change houses, they put us in a house that didn't work at all, it looked like a cemetery, what a horror, total disappointment, the housekeeper Nikole didn't help at all

Cabin with cold pool

Property was nice outside porches was a little small if you was sitting down and someone wanted to walk past you the fridge was leaking water on to the floor and had to mop daily the pool feels like a bath tub that has been sitting for days ( super cold). Is a very spacious Cabin and we really enjoyed our stay just wish there would have been at least an warm pool and the fridge didn’t leak. We had 5 adults and 4 children all under the age of 11. Had plenty of space and absolutely loved the giant kitchen table to eat at.. might would suggest backs on the benches though for the elderly adults coming to stay here..

Great time with our group

The house was a great size for our groups of 10. We enjoyed the arcade, pool table and hot tub. We cooked every night. The pool was way way to cold, the fridge leaks and we could not get the the theater room tv to work. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Close to everything we wanted to go do. The driveway fit five vehicles.

Gorgeous views, subpar response to issues

The views were incredible, however, the pool dehumidifier was broke making the walls and ceilings dripping wet, with mold in the dehumidifier. Ice maker and water from fridge weren't working. Called the first hour we were in the cabin but these things never got fixed. Whoever did come look never even opened the pool door, just stated the condensation on the window was from temperature difference. The pool cleaner told us they knew the dehumidifier wasn't working so that was upsetting that nothing was done to fix the issue. The dishwasher wasn't bolted in so it leaned forward causing the dish dispenser to never open and actually clean the dishes. With 7 of us, washing the dishes by hand was not convenient.

Overall good. Needs some updates. The fridge was leaking and they knew about. Very slippery on a tile floor. The pool was the main attraction of the cabin for us. However the heater was broke and we used only once. That was disappointing. We had a five year old who wanted to use it and it was to cold and again the renter knew it was not working. The pool guy told us it was broke and they were waiting on a part

Awesome Week in the Mountains

There were 8 adults and 1 child for the week. We had lots of room and everything was great. Pool and hot tub were perfect for us. We enjoyed watching the family of groundhogs play around the cabin each day. Cabin is only 12-15 minutes away from the main road in Pigeon Forge. If you go the back way, the Great Smoky Mountain State Park is only 25 minutes away. We love this area and will be back. Thanks for a great family vacation!!!!!

Family Weekend Getaway

Overall, we really had a wonderful time. My family especially enjoyed the jacuzzi, pool table and the theatre room. The house was very roomy and easily accommodated our group of ten. There was some room for improvement. The mattress in one of the bedrooms has a huge sink in the middle. So much so that I was unable to sleep on it. It must be replaced! The only other takeaway was the fact that the indoor pool wasn't heated. The pool room is heated but the pool is not.

The best place to be is TOGETHER

A great week making lasting memories with my family. It was cut short due to wildfires, but just before we had left the cabin that morning to head into town I had snapped a photo of a sign “the best place to be is TOGETHER” hanging in the entrance. It was so true as we had an emergency evacuation that left us leaving without our belongings. The most important thing is we left together and made beautiful memories while we were there. The town and resorts did a great job of informing us ahead of time to remain safe. Our hearts and prayers are with the local community in Sevierville, TN. đŸ’—đŸ™đŸŒđŸ’—
