This beautiful 2-bedroom duplex penthouse by architect Aníbal González is located in one of the most valuable and fashionable areas of Seville: Calle Luis Montoto, 3, Plaza de San Agustín, part of the historic city centre. All of Seville's well-known monuments and most of the attractions, best restaurants in the city, shops etc. are easily accessible on foot.
The apartment is a recently renovated and refurbished 2-bedroom penthouse, including a large furnished terrace with views. It is part of an exclusive house by renowned architect Aníbal González, who designs spaces in Plaza de España and other emblematic buildings in the city with his stamp. Located on the edge of the old historic centre, most of the 'must-see' monuments are within a 10-minute walk.
