Five minutes from the Cathedral, Real Alcázar, Las Setas, 10 minutes from the popular and lively entertainment area, La Alameda de Hércules, full of local bars, terraces, and good atmosphere
The location is excellent to discover and enjoy the beautiful Seville comfortably on foot.

SECURITY: Make sure that the main door is always well closed.
Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment.HELP 🙏 with the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you're not in the apt
Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it.
PROHIBITED to host people who are not registered in the reservation, parties, disturbing other guests, loud music
Failure to comply with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion.
