Exactly as presented. Very roomy, master bed was best we've ever slept on at a rental, wildlife and deck perfect for relaxing. Host was very accessible and accommodating. Wonderfully quiet and relaxing.
My husband loved being able to walk out on the canal deck and wet a line.

Had a little hiccup upon check in, but was resolved pretry quickly. House was super cute with just about everything we needed and the location was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed fishing off the dock ( the cleaning station was a plus!) and enjoyed fish sandwiches for dinner. Copper head Blue gills the size of dinner plates! Neighbor was super feiwndly and we enjoyed some pleasant conversation in the mornings. The perfect spot for a little getaway not far from home.

Completely enjoyed our stay. Launched our boat at the campground then kept it docked/tied up on the deck. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Sunset and sunrises were beautiful.

Quite Getaway with Convient Location

We booked this nice little place for a week long fishing trip to Lake George and the St. John's River. It is an older doublewide that has been updated, with plenty of parking for a vehicle and a boat. It is located on a dead end street and a canal. It has a nice little dock to sit on in the evenings to watch the sunset.You are conveniently located 30 minutes to Astor, 45 minutes to Deland, Ormond Beach and an hour to Daytona. There is a nice little campground up the road with a boat ramp, bait and ice.

Spacious and all on one floor

This mobile home was very spacious, especially the master bedroom. It has a laundry room that was perfect, and the quiet canal was a dream. The kids even caught a blue gill. There were herons, of course. And a bald eagle flew overhead. Communication with Derek was great. He's very responsive.

Hunt Camp Part 2

Real nice location for where I hunt. I stayed here in September for Archery season and I just completed another stay for General Gun season. Everything was nice and once again, I had a great time! Looking forward to next year already!!!! Thanks Derek!!!

My new Hunt "Glamp"

I've been staying in Astor at a cabin and they raised the prices to the point where I needed a new option. Found this gem on VRBO and decided to give it a try. Derek was great!!! The TV's in the bedrooms were nice and overall, great place to "glamp". Neighbors are friendly and I'm only about 5 minutes away from my hunting spot. I'll be back in November!!! Thanks Derek!!!!

Relaxing Weekend

We stayed here last year for Labor Day weekend and love this home. Boat ramp very close and on a canal with a boat slip. We went to Silver Glenn and I couldn’t wait to take a hot shower and climb into the comfy bed! I’m sure we will be back.

Real talk!

Very lovely, quiet, and cl3an. Managers were easy to contact and were quick to responsed! Easy check in and beautiful location! Pretty close to nieghbors which i didnt like because i have dogs, and no shade on deck, we tried to use umbrella but it doesnt rotate so it was pretty useless, but these 2 things r just a personal preference and has no effect on my 5* rating!!!!! I also have verizon and had absolutely no service there at all and wifi is spotty because i think its satalite and it rains here everyday and we all know how weather effects a satalite dish! Now i personally am fine with this however there was a few days we did nothing and my teenager was not happy about it ahhahahaha !!!!!!!! Also no cutrimg board !... silly to mention but its hard to prep and cut food on a plate !!! Beds were like clouds ...my son didnt want to get out of it! All around ***5 stars !!!****Thank you.

Awesome stay

From before booking to check-in, the host was super quick to respond & very helpful. We got there & the place was clean and cozy. The neighbors were so awesome & incredibly helpful as well. The only thing we wished we had known in advance is the closest restaurant is about 20+ minutes away, and parking is pretty tight with vehicles & trailers. Overall a great stay & we will be back 😊

Nice relaxing vacation

The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed being on the water. We fished off the dock and visited with friends we had not seen in awhile. The property was everything they said it was I have nothing bad to say thanks Derek for keeping in touch

What A Lovely Place

The property overall was well kept and very accommodating for our trip. We were able to park boat and trailer on the property. Dock was just the spot for relaxation. Boat ramp/ marina was right around the corner, friendly staff and able to gas up on the water! Neighbor was the friendliest man you could meet and felt like home away from home. Screen in patio was perfect for our fur child who loved this space as he’s an outdoor lover like us. *No lizards were harmed during our stay. Beds comfortable. Hot showers. One of the best stays we’ve had! And I don’t want to forget to mention, the owners are very kind and communicative with any questions or needs. Will be back!

Good times on Lake George

Very comfortable beds. Decently stocked kitchen, but try to get any groceries before you get there. We came in on a boat and didn't have a car with us. Although none of the restaurants nearby delivered, Instacart did, so that was nice. Very unreliable cable and wi-fi, but that isnt why you go to hang out at a lake. The canal is very shallow coming in off the lake and got under 2 ft a couple of times, but we were able to carefully maneuver an almost 23'ft Robalo down it. Super nice neighbor. Nice, hot showers. We would go back.

Perfect for boaters!

Host was responsive, accommodating and nice. Property was clean. Great dock in the back to tie up to. We had two boats in our party that were 18’ and 20’ they both fit. There is a Marina around the corner that has a boat ramp for use, for a fee, if you don’t want to use the local one on St John River. We’ll be back for sure.
