Tolle Ausgangslage zum Besuch der Altstadt

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Alles, was man brauchte. wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und zuverlässig! Die Lage ist hervorragend: Direkt am Rand zu den Gassen der Altstadt, aber ruhig gelegen an einem kleinen Platz. Auf der einen Seite ging es direkt in die Gassen und zur Kathedrale, auf der anderen Seite in einen wunderschönen Park, der sich entlang der alten Stadtmauer hinzog.

Schönes Apartement in optimaler Lage

Wir haben vier Tage zu zweit in diesem schönen Apartment verbracht. Ein großzügiges helles Wohn-Esszimmer mit integrierter Küche mit modernen Möbeln. Toller Blick nach draußen auf den Platz. Das Schlafzimmer ist dafür etwas kleiner ausgefallen und das Bett leider nur 1,40 m breit. Auch das Bad ist nicht gerade riesig, aber ausreichend. Alles hat gut funktioniert, die Ausstattung war gut. Das beste ist jedoch die fantastische Lage. Von der ruhigen Plaza Santa Cruz, direkt am Park gelegen, ist man mit ein paar Schritten im belebten Viertel Santa Cruz mit zahlreichen Ausgehmöglichkeiten, Tapas-Bars, Restaurants und hübschen Läden. Kathedrale und Alcazar 5 Minuten. Ebenfalls nur durch ein paar kleine Gassen gelangt man zur Bäckerei, Supermarkt in der Nähe. Praktisch auch der Fahrradverleih nebenan. Wir haben ganz Sevilla mit dem Fahrrad erkundet. Wir wurden durch VEOApartements sehr freundlich persönlich begrüßt und bei Fragen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir würden wiederkommen!

This apartment is in a wonderful location, it is quiet and within in easy walking distance to all the sites. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The owner has put thought into the space, the rooms have space to move around in and there is lovely art on the walls so you feel like you are in a home not a barren rental unit.The kitchen has a good selection of all the items needed for preparing simple meals. There is a great shower - very spacious.The team managing the property are all great, very helpful and attentive.I would rent this unit again if I return to Seville.

The apartment in Plaza Santa Cruz was located in a prime location for walking the historic centre. Nina met us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour and answered any questions. The place was clean and quiet for sleeping. The washing machine came in handy since we are on a month long trip. Everyone was very responsive to any questions we had and we highly recommend this lovely apartment in Seville.

Seville visit

This apartment could not be better located. It is in the historic center of the city and provides easy pedestrian access to most of the highlights of Seville. With respect to the apartment, we especially appreciated the level of security, with an exterior locked gate as well as a secured door to the building. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen is very small. We enjoy cooking in some, but chose to eat out except for breakfast. The listing said the bed was queen sized while it is actually a double bed. Upon discovering this, we reread the listing and discovered a vague reference to it being a double bed, but the header under ‘bedroom’ clearly said ‘queen’. Overall, the apartment is very comfortable and I can recommend it to any couple wanting the convenience of experiencing Seville.

Perfect location

The location of the apartment was excellent as it was close to the main historical sites. There were plenty of restaurants close by and supermarkets were about a15 minute walk away.The commercial shopping district was also only about 15 minutes away and the walk across the river to Triana was another 20 minute stroll. Plaza Espana wax about 15 minutes away as well. The apartment was perfectly adequate for us (a couple) with comfortable seating and a reasonably well equipped kitchen. The washing machine was a welcome addition. The apartment was very quiet and secure. The only downside was the quality of the pillows and towels. They really need to be replaced. Despite this I can recommend this very well located apartment in the old Jewish quarter. It is a very pretty area.

Wonderful Location, Darling Apartment, Great Stay

My daughter and I stayed here for five nights during Semana Santa. Hosts were attentive and responsive and kind. It is a wonderful location, close to many of the iconic places and nestled in a historic and charming neighborhood. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go (we also took advantage of the Sevici bike rentals - recommend!). The only reason for the 4-star rating, instead of five is that we were only provided one towel set each for the five nights (which I think is not enough) and there was not enough toilet paper provided so we had to buy our own along with buying paper towels for the kitchen. These are simple things that would have made a nice difference. All things considered, I do recommend this place and would stay here again!

The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, but very close to some major sites. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with balconies opening onto a courtyard. Check-in was easy and communication with property management was easy.

Great Apartment & Busy Neighborhood

Great property all around - very clean and beautiful on the inside. Property management was excellent with communication. Apartment is very centrally located on a beautiful park. Overall a great stay. The one problem was a specific noise above the bedroom ceiling area that occurred at regular intervals throughout the day and night. It was a loud buzzing sound that kept me awake the first night to the point that I needed to buy ear plugs to sleep the following nights. I would recommend for management to fix that noise or provide earplugs as a courtesy to guests.

Great location

Beautiful apartment and within walking distance to every Sevilla destination that we wanted to see. Rent bikes nearby for very little and take a brief ride through town to the river. Beautiful, easy ride up and down the Guadalquivir!

Locatio, location, location!

The apartment is great for two. The location can not be any better. It is within a short walking distance of all major historical landmarks. There are amazing restaurants nearby. The best flamenco in Seville is right across the apartment. Habing a car would be difficult due to the parking situation. I would recommend this place for a couple.

Wow, what a beautiful little apartment in a perfect location!

Everything about our stay here was magical. The rental manager met us at the apartment when we arrived. He was incredibly nice and gave us so much information regarding things that we mentioned we were interested in. Fantastic person. The apartment is adorable. It feels mid century modern and it is in a gated area surrounded by orange trees and parks. And it got better. We stepped out of our apartment and started walking around the narrow streets. There were amazing shops, dining, and bars everywhere. We turned a corner and suddenly saw the breathtaking Sevilla Cathedral. Incredible! All just a short walk away. Our stay in Sevilla was amazing and this location and amenities are perfect.
