The cabin is located in the a prime location, walking distance to stores, restaurants, and just 1/4 mile to the lake. Shaver Lake is the perfect place to vacation. The climate is ideal with cool summers and mild winters. The list of activities is long and includes, hiking, fishing, ski.

During the weekdays, you may not see anyone else in the area...unless you walk to town. The East Village has cabins well spaced out and the roads very well maintained, especially during the snowy season. We also have a 'snowplow-man' so the drive way is clear for entry during our snowy season.

The cabin is located in one of the best, spacious and private neighborhoods, The East Village of Shaver Lake (Cabin Located on Aspen Road).

Only a 5 Minute Walk to the Main Village Restaurants, Bars, Market, Cafes, Shops...or, a 10 Minutes Walk to the Lake or the Dorabelle Trail Head, NO Driving Needed!! Also, a nice scenic 40 minute drive up to China Peak Ski Resort.

Our Modern-Mountain Cabin is located in the Sierra Nevada Mountains about 45 minutes from Clovis, CA and ~5,600' in Elevation.

The cabin is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1,050 sq-ft located in the spacious and private East Village.

Cabin Outdoor Activities:
New 40' Bocce Ball/Corn-Hole Court...after a day on the lake, let the kids (big and little) still have activities to do to keep them busy at the cabin! Also, great outdoor seating for socializing and more family time. Cabin is located in East Village and is great for casual walks, to local stores, shops and the lake.

The Master Bedroom:: Features a brand new King Sized Zinus Memory Foam mattress.
The Second Bedroom:: Features a brand new Queen Sized Zinus Memory Foam mattress.
The Third Bedroom:: Features a full over full bunk (also brand new Zinus Memory Foam Mattresses) and a pull out twin trundle bed, accommodating 5 people!

Linens:: We do include & provide clean linens
Towels:: We do include & provide clean bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths.
Toiletries:: We do include & provide shampoo, conditioner, soap & lotion for each bathroom.
Blowdryer:: We do include a blowdryer in the master bathroom.
**No Hidden Cost: Linens, Towels, etc included in price shown, FAQ :)

TV: LG 55" 4K Ultra Smart LED LCD TV with Cable (ESPN, HGTV, etc)
*Cable is currently in and out of service due to the Creek Fire. However we still provide other streaming service that are logged in on the tv.

Kitchen Appliances:: Coffee Maker (for grounds), Blender, Rice Cooker, Microwave, Toaster & Other Basic Pots, Pans & Utensils.
BBQ:: Outdoor Propane & Charcoal BBQ (2 in 1) - propane and charcoal not included

We are pet friendly and we are happy to welcome your well house- and furniture-trained pups! We do ask that you clean up after them inside and out. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay and that covers up to two dogs. You will want to add this at the time of booking.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and up to $500,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage will be included in your welcome message. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date.

During the winter months, you will need 4-wheel drive, AWD and snow chains.
