Dockside Getaway is the perfect lake retreat for your family located on Table Rock Lake in Shell Knob. Newly remodeled, 4 bedrooms, open kitchen/family room/living room & a back deck overlooking the lake. Enjoy the large covered outdoor cooking area, campfire/fire pit & private dock for fishing, swimming, sunbathing, all with extra seating for those who love the outdoors. We offer many amenities to make your stay comfortable & enjoyable. Have all the fun of camping with all the comforts of home! Welcome to our lake home! Our home sits right on the point with a stunning view of Table Rock Lake. There are new furnishing throughout, a TV in the family room and one in each bedroom. Three bedrooms have king beds, the 4th bedroom has a twin bed and a bunk bed with a full size on bottom and twin on top. There are two full bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and one in the hallway. The kitchen has all new appliances, an island with bar stools and is fully stocked along with basic seasonings like salt and pepper. The family room and living room are separated by a countertop that also has bar stools, for an entirely open concept. The outdoor cooking area has ceiling fans, nighttime lighting, a refrigerator, gas BBQ grill, large gas griddle with air fryer, pellet smoker and a double gas burner so you can cook to your hearts content all while overlooking the lake! It is covered, so you can still enjoy the outside when it’s raining. Then at night turn on the lights or spend time by the campfire/firepit. Both areas have additional seating. A short walk down the gradual sloped hill (the last 15’ to 20’ becomes rocky) will take you to the private dock where you can fish, swim, sunbathe or use the kayaks located under the back deck. We offer a variety of family games. We have Wi-Fi, Direct TV and smart HDTV’s so you can sign into your own streaming services. Other Things to Note: The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, has private parking and has gates that can be closed for more protection for your children or pets. The kitchen is fully stocked with flatware, cooking utensils, dishes, coffee mugs, microwave, coffee maker/keurig combo, toaster, pots, pans, crock pot, storage containers, serving platters/trays and basic spices. Both bathrooms have shower dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all are full upon your arrival. We offer a starter supply of coffee pods, coffee, sugar/sweetener packets, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish detergent, cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. We also provide starter firewood for the fire pit. Pets are allowed with restrictions: *Preferably no more than 3 pets. they are NOT ALLOWED on furniture/beds. *You know your dog better than anyone, if they tend to scratch doors/chew do not leave them unattended. *When leaving the property, lock them up in the cage provided or bring your own. *Be AWARE that the neighbor has cats, always keep your pet on the property (unless taking them for a walk around the neighborhood). No parties. No smoking/vaping inside the home. We are just 5 minutes from town where you will find Harter House (grocery store), a Dollar General, Jug n' Plug (bait, tackle and liquor) and restaurants; Steak Inn, Casa Maya and Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut has it’s own dock, so you can go by boat if you want. There are two marina’s nearby that offer boat rentals, equipment rentals like tubes, ski’s, wakeboards, paddle boards and more. Call them directly for pricing and availability: Campbell Point Marina and Kings River Marina. Campbell Point also offers nightly slip rentals if you want to bring your own boat, as we are not able to offer a slip in our dock as per the Army Corps of Engineers regulations. Campbell Point is closer by boat and Kings River is closer by car. For family entertainment, we are about 45 minutes to Branson, Top of the Rock, Big Cedar, Dogwood Canyon and Eureka Springs. There are endless family activities and attractions in the area, all within 1 hour or less of the property. Please take the time to read through our Welcome Book as it will have more detailed information about your stay, where to go and what to do for fun. They will be able to access everything except: garage, hall closet, one master bedroom closet and cabinets in laundry room. We will available to offer help. You can call or text us during your stay. The lake house is in a quite neighborhood. We have two parking areas you can use. One is in front of the house, and the second is the upper parking area next to the road. You can request a detailed list of amenities.
