Recently refurbished in 2020, you can now enjoy 500 sq ft of comfortable and contemporary space that will be all yours during your stay. Entire upstairs is included in this rental and driveway parking. Please, make yourself at home! When you book a stay with us, you can decide how involved we will be. You can contact us whenever you need to using phone calls or text messages. Seven days prior to your arrival, we will send you all the information about the house so you can feel right at home when you arrive. We're just steps from downtown Sheridan in Wyoming, one of the Wild West’s most important destinations. The apartment is located close to Whitney Commons and Kendrick Park on the edge of Main Street, so you can access Sheridan on foot. But there are plenty of other places to explore, including: 

Yellowstone Park and Mount Rushmore - the apartment is midway between these two big tourist attractions. 

Historic sites and exhibits - there’s plenty to see in the local area that will bring to life the Indian Wars that took place on the American Plains all around. 

Town of Sheridan - take your pick from coffee shops, restaurants and breweries for your refreshments and meals, many of which are within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. The Rodeo If you’re visiting in July, why not experience top cowboys and cowgirls at the Sheridan WYO Rodeo? Sheridan County Museum Discover a slice of the history of the American West in a museum with exhibits that trace life in this part of the US. Golf Sheridan is regarded as one of the best destinations for golf in the American West. There are plenty of popular courses to choose from, offering up some great golf and spectacular views. 

The home is easily accessed from Routes 14 and 16 and is just minutes from Main Street, Sheridan. So when you get here, you might find you can leave the car parked up and head out on foot or on bikes. We have left maps that track the many walking paths and mountain trails that wind their way from the house, through Sheridan and across the stunning surrounding landscape. 

THE LIVING ROOM Here’s a space in which you can really relax. When you’re not out and about exploring, why not gather on the comfy couch or armchairs to watch a movie or your favorite show, using one of the multiple streaming services you can access on the home’s flat screen TV. There are also plenty of games to play in the house if you fancy an evening in together including a miniature Nintendo. 

THE KITCHEN Attractive blue cabinets and quality wooden countertops await you in this modern space. Everything you need to prepare delicious snacks, meals and drinks is here for you, including fresh, locally-roasted coffee - what a great way to start each day for the coffee lovers in your group! There’s a table and chairs in the kitchen too where you can all gather to enjoy the snacks and meals you’ve created. 

THE BEDROOM Discover a gloriously comfortable queen bed with fresh sheets and puffed-up pillows in here. After busy day’s exploring the local area, here’s where you can lie back and relax, and maybe plan what you’ll do tomorrow. There’s plenty of storage space for your belongings, so be sure to unpack when you arrive and make yourselves at home. 

THE BATHROOM You get to choose between lying back in a relaxing tub or standing under an invigorating shower. Either way, you’re sure to leave this smart and modern bathroom feeling relaxed and refreshed. We provide ultra plush towels during your stay.. 

PETS WELCOME You’re welcome to bring up to 2 furry friends to stay with you in the apartment. Please note that your hosts will require an additional $35 pet cleaning fee. Please don’t leave your pets unattended in the house. 

PARKING & EXTERIOR There’s secure, off-street parking on the driveway, so it’s quick and easy to unload your belongings and carry them into the apartment. Extra parking is available on the streets outside if needed. 

BASEMENT APARTMENT This is a upstairs unit, in addition there is a basement unit as well. While we have gone to great lengths to mitigate sound(double sheetrock, sound proof insulation, etc) , its possible sound will travel between upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs will be louder by default, please keep this in mind if you're a night owl like I am.

 ***Im currently waiting on a part to replace the large burner on the range. It is not functional as of 6/24. Parts have been back ordered for months. The three other burners work great. Apologies for any inconvenience this may incur***
