The hotel was unclean - unpleasant smell in rooms of smoking. Poor lighting and shower all moulded. Windows were dirty and curtains were in poor state.

Over night stay- 1 night

Pros: Location -good value for money
Cons: Provision of a hot breakfast
Location: Attending the school games summit.
Excellent location to amenities such as petrol, Waitrose & Burger King BUT more importantly the Telford international centre providing you have a car. You may need a sign up in the room 10 bathroom regarding the 'alarm' for assistant, which I pulled because I mistaken thought was something to do with the shower...sorry!!!

A DISGRACE

This is without doubt the dirtiest room (006) I have ever seen. An ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Filthy toilet. The kettle caked in dust and grime. A liberal covering of dust throughout. If anyone from the company would care to inspect it I have no doubt my money will be refunded A Owen

Great place for a rest..

Very nice small place, with local amenities, such as Burger King, Starbucks (24/7), free wifi, and very polite staff. Good value for money.

Typical Budget Hotel

Remember you are in. A budget hotel and you will understand the 4 stars. The room was clean and tidy. The location very quite,no noise from the m54.

Not a good night sleep

I am afraid to say that this motorway Hotel needs to bring its beds up to scratch. The mattress sank in the middle and was uncomfortable making sleeping difficult if not impossible. The staff were friendly and polite but this could not make up for a poor nights sleep. I am only pleased I was not staying any longer.
