Barbecue Use:
A barbecue grill is available for guest use. Please note that while there may be some gas provided, guests are responsible for supplying their own charcoal or gas if needed. We kindly ask that you clean the grill thoroughly after use to keep it ready for the next guest.

Location:
Just a few minutes` drive from the village of Shifnal, you’ll find pubs, restaurants, and shops nearby. Country walks, heritage sites, and local attractions are within easy reach.

House Rules:
- No parties or events (£500 fine)
- No smoking
- No pets on furniture
- Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
- A £250 security deposit is required for all reservations. This must be paid before receiving the lockbox code.

Additional Terms
- No noise should be audible outside the property between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. due to sensitive neighbours.
- The hot tub must not be used during these hours, as noise carries easily and may result in complaints.
- Any breach of these rules or neighbour complaints may result in your security deposit being withheld.
