Our charming townhouse features three well-appointed bedrooms, affording guests ample space and privacy. The master bedroom houses a King bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers another king size bed. The third bedroom, provides 2 king single beds.
Enjoy an open-plan living and dining area or prepare a gourmet meal in our fully equipped kitchen, boasting modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, Air fryer and oven. The kitchen comes complete with cookware, dishes, silverware, and a Delonghi Nespresso coffee maker, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.
Entertainment options are abundant within our townhouse. Flex your culinary prowess with a delicious meal enjoyed on the patio with a gas Bbq and outdoor setting facing the Spa, or unwind in front of the TV and air conditioning after a day of exploration.
For added convenience, amenities such as secure parking in the single car garage, washing machine, heating, air conditioning, Outdoor shower, additional toilet off the downstairs laundry and wireless internet are included.

An idyllic scene awaits in Shoal Bay, where a wide arc of white sand beach is adorned by a heritage lighthouse on one end and the striking Tomaree Head on the other. This small hamlet is a great base for enjoying the natural wonders of Port Stephens, including spotting dolphins in the wild, and embarking on hikes that finish with unforgettable views. The calm crystal clear waters of Shoal Bay are prefect for swimming, kayaking, fishing and stand up paddle boarding. Ride along and explore the scenic foreshore where you will find picnic tables and barbecue facilities, for the active guests you are able to hire Stand Up Paddle boards and Bikes.
At the eastern end of the bay is the magnificent Tomaree National Park where you can explore the paved Historic Fort Tomaree walk around the headland for the reminders of Australia's World War II coastal defense, from there you can enjoy the Tomaree Head summit walk for amazing breathtaking panorama views of Port Stephens and the NSW North Coast, if your lucky you can even spot whales during their migration season. Take the time to enjoy some of the stunning local beaches in the area Shoal Bay Beach, Zenith Beach, Wreck Beach and Box Beach.
Shoal Bay offers a selection of cafes, restaurants and takeaway fish and chips shops, enjoy a meal over looking Shoal Bay Beach at Shoal Bay Country club or explore the tastes of authentic Greek food at Atmos, take the time to sit and enjoy the views of Shoal Bay at Port Stephens Game Fish Club.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.
