No parties, No smoking, Trash day is Tuesday.

1. No Smoking inside the
home.

2. Absolutely No Pets!

3. No refunds for early departures, late arrivals, early departure request, weather,or interruption of utility services beyond hosts control.

4. Unit is cleaned with over the counter products and scented plug ins are used if the fragrance loud simply place plug ins in cabinet under television in living room.

5. Guest that books reservation must be with the party, house can not be booked for others without consent of owner prior to check in.

6. Do not burn, candles, sage, incense or anything else in the unit that may cause a fire or damage furniture.

7. Trash bags are provided, please place trash in trash bags and place the bags in the trash cans outside.

8. When booking with multiple guest all names, ages, and valid identification must be provided at time of booking.

9. If you are in town to work, boots are not to be worn inside to reduce bringing mud inside. The washer and dryer are designed for everyday use. If you are working in construction or any other trade that stains clothing more than that of a typical office day you will need to take your laundry to the nearest laundromat. Overloading of washing machine or dryer can cause damage.
The units are checked prior to each stay. If the machines are left filthy or damaged your will be charged for the equipment, delivery, and 20% mark up for invoice for inconvenience.

- Must submit copy of valid ID prior to arrival and provide ID on all adult quests upon request
- Absolutely NO SMOKING OR
VAPING inside or within 5 feet of any doors or windows. $500 fine per occurrence, plus costs of deep clean and deodorizing.

- No outside guests or local visitors without permission.
- Cleaning fee stated is the MINIMUM fee. Any cleaning and damages costing over the stated cleaning fee will be billed to you.
