The main entrance is located on the ground floor and opens into a spacious and welcoming foyer. From here, one can access the living area with a beautiful fireplace, the dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden. The white Carrara marble window sills add an authentic, timeless touch to this space.

There is one bedroom with a French bed and an en-suite bathroom (suitable for guests with disabilities).

The stunning travertine staircase leads to the upper floor, which opens onto a small relaxation lounge framed by large windows offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the Sienese countryside.

The garden follows the natural slope of the land and is arranged on several levels, characterized by expansive natural meadows.
