Siesta Key Dream’s flagship vacation rental features TWO-CONDOS in a single building, totaling 6-bedrooms, 14 beds, and 4 bathrooms. This rental is perfect for family and friend gatherings and can accommodate up to 20 guests (16 adults and 4 children). With this reservation, the ENTIRE building is yours, as there is no other condos in the building, besides the two that are included in this listing.

Both units contain large, spacious floor plans that connect welcoming living rooms, dining rooms that seat 8 or more, and a modernized kitchens. Next to both living rooms, you’ll find a private, enclosed balcony that has partial ocean views and has comfortable seating that is perfect for shaded, outdoor entertainment.

Penthouse Condo has the following bedrooms:
- Main bedroom: King bed, HDTV w/ DirecTV Stream, partial Gulf of Mexico View, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and walk-out to the enclosed balcony
- Bedroom #2: King bed & HDTV w/ DirecTV Stream
- Bedroom #3: Bunk bed that has two twin mattresses + one trundle bed that pulls out from under the bunk bed, Queen size Futon, & HDTV w/ DirecTV Stream

The 2nd Level Condo has the following bedrooms:

On the rooftop of the building, you’ll see a PRIVATE sundeck and outdoor space that provides partial ocean and beach views – some of the best in Siesta Key Dream’s portfolio! On the rooftop you will have sun-loungers and a couch, perfect for tanning and hanging out in the Florida sun.

Siesta Key Dreams always shows our exact address in our listings, so our guests know exactly how close they truly are to the beach and village. Unplug and explore your surroundings, such as the Siesta Village which is less than a 5-minute walk away down Beach Road! From cafes to fine dining, local shopping, live music and entertainment, you will certainly find what you need.

If you’re looking to soak up the sun and clear waters, you will be given PRIVATE beach access with a gated key, which provides you with a direct path to the beach access point within a mere 20 steps. Easily slip on your sandals and take a stroll on the private beach entrance point to experience the brilliant 99% white quartz sand.

Note: During peak rain months (June to Aug) there is a chance the private path to the beach is flooded, the alternative path is Beach Access #5, which is only a few feet away and the total walk to the sand is the same.

In addition to the stunning, white quartz sand, the beaches of Siesta Keys offer picnic areas, concession stands, and volleyball courts. The shallow, crystal water and year-round lifeguard protection makes each beach a safe and relaxing escape. Having your property mere minutes away from the ocean means that you will certainly witness breathtaking sunsets. A 3-minute walk from the beach reveals Siesta Village, which offers a wide-range of dining and entertainment options from live-music to gourmet donuts, coffee, and seafood to award-winning steakhouses.

We recognize that parking can be difficult, which is why our rentals come with FIVE private-reserved spaces at no additional cost to you (five vehicle max). We also offer golf cart rental for easy travel and access to all the top tourist spots around town, you can book the golf-cart via the `boarding pass` we send after you make your reservation.

The Siesta Key Breeze Trolley also operates on Beach Road, just outside your rental, which is free for all riders and operates 8AM - 10PM, seven days a week!

Included within your reservation are complimentary bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap), coffee & a Keurig-pods, and your choice of either a bottle of sparkling wine or sparkling grape juice. To prep for the numerous beach trips, we provide you with towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, coolers and carts to transport your items easily! Traveling with your children? We offer complementary cribs, highchairs, toys, silverware, and baby-monitors available per request!

Shortly after you secure your vacation rental, you will receive a link where you can book local services or experiences provided by vendors throughout the island. Siesta Key Dreams provides golf-carts to rent and mid-stay services such as cleanings, and linen changes for an additional charge.

When available, guests can request flexible booking with early check-in or late check out options. Siesta Key Dreams also offers baggage drop-off prior to your check-in time. You will be able to indicate your preferences in the link you will receive prior to check-in.

Leading up to the check-in date, guests are supported via email & SMS.

Guests will receive an electronic Rental Agreement that provides common details about our terms and conditions, such as our no-smoking policy. Before you check-in, and just after booking, we require guest verification. You will receive information after booking and the process only takes a couple minutes. This allows us to provide a safe location for our guests, neighbors, and employees.
