-Full kitchen with all pots and pans, dishes, silverware, everything you need to live comfortably during your stay.
-Washer and dryer INSIDE the unit*

-Jamaica Royale is very big, over 150 units on the property, leaving you feel as if it is a resort. It’s a beautiful place that also is at the same time very peaceful. The walk to the beach is 2-3 minutes but you have a private pathway that is restricted to only guests of the property.

-Jamaica Royale also provides 3 heated freshwater pools, two beach Tiki Huts with beach chairs and lounges and lighted shuffleboard. Lovely manicured lawns and grounds. Friendly and helpful on site property management, grounds, maintenance, and security staff.

-2 TVs, one in the bedroom, one in the living room with Direct TV.
-The unit has its own WIFI which you will have access to upon arrival.

-The bedroom is very large and features a King sized bed with a couch and dresser. Closet is plenty big for 4 people to fit your clothes in if you need the extra space..

-The bathroom has been completely remodeled, everything in it is new.

-Beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys provided in unit. High speed Verizon internet and TV with over 200 channels. Easy access to Beachside BBQ grill area with deck. Very easy access to dedicated parking spot

-You are less than a mile to the Village where there are restaurants, banks, grocery store, drug store, gift shops, ice cream shop, bars and night clubs, banks, salons, and coffee shops. You can rent bikes, Segway's, boats, scooters, snorkel, fish, dive go parasailing to name a few.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement. Der Vermieter war auch zu Beginn bei ein paar Fragen stets erreichbar. Während unseres Urlaubs befand sich über den gesamten Zeitraum eine Baustelle am Strand. Das störte uns sehr.

The host was very responsive. Unfortunately, we picked the week of the huge winter storm coming through our driving route. We had to start out 2 days earlier or cancel our trip. The villa was exceptionally clean and inviting. It had everything that was necessary for my Mother-in-Law (who is 84) who stayed at the villa. Entrance was a short ramp so for someone that's older that was nice, plus the keyless entry was a nice perk (so she didn't have to worry about a key). An easy stroll to the beach, and a perfect little sun deck for her to read during the day. Our family loves Jamaica Royale, so we are happy we got the opportunity to share it with our extended family.

Fabulous stay

Tommy was wonderful to communicate with. He was super proactive to make sure we had everything that we needed. Condo was very nice! Bed was super comfy. Had everything that you needed. Beach within walking distance and pool almost right outside your door. Nice outside space. We sat outside every evening. Would highly recommend.

Paradise at Siesta Key

Everything was great. Condo had everything you would need. Bed was very comfortable. 3 heated pools 1 steps away from condo. Beach area was great especially free loungers and chairs. Loved parking the car and walking straight into condo. Great place to stay. Will definitely be back.

Just what the Doctor Ordered!

This unit is located in Jamaica Royale on Siesta Key Beach. It is about a five minute walk to the beach from the unit. The landscaping is beautiful and the three pools are well taken care of, one just being steps from the unit. The unit is spacious and could use a few minor repairs and updating, but it was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back again!

Great place to stay

A great place to stay- with a few caveats! It's not a 3 minute walk to the beach, it's more like 7 minutes to the sand, a good 10 minutes to the water! Once you're there, the free chairs are great! The pools in the complex are nice. This place needs a new couch. We had a cool, wet week and watching movies or tv wasn't happening on that monstrosity so be aware! Overall, a nice place to stay, right on the main drag.

We found your place a wonderful, quiet, relaxing home away from home! The beach was absolutely gorgeous! The only small issue we had was a small problem with tiny sugar ants in the kitchen on counter and around the sink! We made sure that we didn’t leave anything out food wise!
