Our stay was wonderful! The location on this property is fabulous, with the ocean being a short 3 min walk away and restaurants being a 10 min walk. The condo was clean and well maintained. The only feedback we had was to fix/replace the blinds. The blinds in the living room and primary bedroom were both missing several slats that made privacy difficult.

The perfect spot!

We had the best stay here. It was the perfect location. We could walk to the beach and the village very easily! We didn’t have a car all week, and didn’t miss it. The pool was great and all of the beach supplies helped us pack lightly! Would absolutely stay here again. Amazing spot!

Great location with everything needed for a weekend getaway

Very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach weekend! Took an Uber from SRQ airport and was able to easily walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and grocery store. There was also a storage shed that had all of the beach chairs and umbrellas needed. I would definitely recommend and rent again.

Steps away from paradise

Nicely updated Unit with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were extremely nice haven’t slept so well in a long time. Block to beach and few blocks to village. There is a nice pool on facility for 6 units but it never was overly busy. Would stay again.

Much needed stay in Shangri-La

It was great! As a family of 5, it was the perfect distance to every thing. Far enough away from the noise, but close enough to be an easy walk with the family. The place was perfect, very clean and had all the things we would need for the beach. The onsite pool was crystal clear and never crowded. The property manager was informative and pleasant to communicate with. My youngest almost cried the day we had to leave. We will miss you Siesta Key.

Can't say enough great things!

We had a wonderful time in Siesta Keys! The condo was very well kept very clean. It has all the things you would need to stay there. The location is great you can walk to the village or the beach 5-10 mins. My kids LOVED the pool as did my husband. The beds was very comfy and the place was very well decorated. The shower had great water pressure they supplied towels and wash clothes. The living room furniture was all comfortable and welcoming. There is a washer dryer on site (coin operated). The owner Gray was very easy to get a hold of and very fast in responding if we had any questions. We felt very safe in the location we was at. We would recommend this place to everyone and we will definitely stay again when we come back! Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your place it was very easy to relax and forget about everything there.

I can’t say enough good things about this stay. Place was clean and roomy enough for our beach stay. I enjoyed the beach (walkable) in the morning, the pool in the afternoon and The Village (also walkable) at night. Condo had all the accommodations I’d ever need. Owners communication was great! Definitely 10/10.

As pictured. Beech is about a 10 minute walk, to the water, more of you're lugging chairs. Pool was great and came in handy during one of the days the waves were heavy at the beach. Host was great and responded quickly. Wash/dryer on premises.

Extended working vacation

My wife and I needed to get away but we still had business to attend to. Gary’s property was exactly the right fit. It is close enough to walk to the Village and beach access and still secluded enough to enjoy some quiet by the pool. With the free transportation from Frog Hopper or Jonnies Original Free Transportation or the Village Breeze on the Key, you rarely need your car unless you’re going off the key for some reason. Gary is a great host and the property is as advertised and the recent renovations are apparent. He was easy to get a hold of and he was attentive to any questions we had. The pool is a bit dated but i wouldn’t let that stop you from staying here. It’s clean, safe, and relaxing. The storage shed had beach chairs, a beach cart ( helpful if you plan to use the county beach), a small umbrella and a 10x10 pop up tent. You’ll still need sunscreen! Thanks for a great stay!
