-Pool/Spa Heat: Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-This unit is part of a Duplex. You are renting the first floor.
-Pool is shared between BOTH units.
-Snorkeling gear is not available this time.
-Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 6am. No loud noise, music, etc during these hours.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Great location for a spring visit as it was not overly busy like summertime and winter holidays. At those times, the road and people traffic noise may be a bit much as you’re located right on the cusp of town. The upstairs condo met our needs perfectly: open spaces, two bathrooms, comfortable couches, chairs, and bed. A/C worked beautifully in this early heat wave. Hot water was fast and water pressure strong. Very clean unit. Well-stocked kitchen in terms of gadgets and the usual needed items. Glad to have the hose out by the pool to rinse off every day after beach time. Didn’t get in pool, but it was clean/free of debris and ready. Parking spot was an easy turn in off the main road. We drove to Beach Access 7 (no restrooms) (100 yd walk to water but sand firmer here) one day and walked back to the condo when desired (5-7 min sidewalk walk). Another day we drove to the beach pavilion area. Lots of amenities there: huge parking lot, picnic tables, feet/shower washes, restrooms, grill/food service upstairs, multiple paths to beach (but you will walk 200 yds in powdery sugary sand to get close to the water. You’ve been warned if you’re pulling a beach cart!) The ice cream truck is now on the water and will motor up and down the coast each day. The condo location is right at the heart of the shopping/dining area, so we walked to everything. Bonus: the market was one block away and was visited daily to get a freshly made sandwich to take to the beach.

The host was very nice. Very cool and lovely. The place is beautiful. Florida being cool had trouble with the heat at night. Had to turn on the water for the washer. The condo is located just a few blocks from the beach we loved.

The apartment was not as advertised. The ceramic tile floor was broken and crushed in the kitchen, dining & family rooms. The tiles in other areas were loose. The commode in the front BR was continuously obstructed. The pool and patio was filthy; covered with construction debris from bottom apartment & tracked into apt. The location was not ocean view or near. The kitchen furnishings were inadequate. The furniture was just old and uncomfortable. The front stairs were dangerous requiring the rear stairs. The bottom apt construction workers were courteous but started the banging and drilling very early. We complained and a nice gentleman finally came and we showed him the issues. We are very disappointed and if this is the product VRBO represents we will be using agencies.

We enjoyed the location, but the house needs some attention. Between the dirty pool, broken beach chairs, cracked and loose kitchen floor tiles, and broken screened in porch door, we were a bit disappointed. The common area furniture was nice/comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The washer and dryer worked well. Overall, our time at the property was enjoyable.

We were happy with our property and location. We did find it very inconvenient to be without water for 5 and a half hours in the middle of the day on Tuesday. We did not know about this until a mainteneance man knocked on our door. Overall a great trip.

Fantastic property in a great location!We had the pool to ourselves because nobody was downstairs. The pool is really clean and beautiful. Had all the necessities.Only thing is, we pretty much ran out of toilet paper, so not enough extra rolls. Truly a five minute walk to the beach and literally steps away from all the restaurants, bars and markets.And stores. Nice decor comfy beds. Loved it!!

Great location!!!!

Super cute and a great size unit. We were 2 people (mother and daughter) although a bigger group could fit nicely. Prime location in the center of it all
 easy walk to the village restaurants and stores, and only 5 minutes to the beach. We appreciated the beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc.). The unit itself could use some modernizing and repairs but overall a great place to stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be in the center of the village so you didn't have to search for a parking spot. It was noisy at night but the kids slept through it. All in all it was nice! It was cold out so the beach walks were not as fun but it was a close walk. I loved having a washer and dryer.

We stayed Saturday to Saturday. Location provided exceptional access to the village and beach. Pool area needed attention. Diaper, trash. Pool was clean tho. Kitchen supplies minimal. Had to go get a pitcher, No bread knife. AC/fans a bit noisy. Beds okay, not great, but okay. Good pet friendly area. Stairs are a bit sketchy. Overall, a nice place to stay. 👌

Our stay

Home was clean, in a great area, decorated adorable. I would have liked cleaning supplies for bathroom sink etc. Air conditioner didn’t really cool the house off. Otherwise great place to stay.
