Completely renovated and reopened July 10. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located condo. The middle of Siesta Key village waits just outside the back door. And a short 6 minute walk down the street to the time and again #1 votes beach in the entire USA Siesta Key beach and it’s powder soft sand. Paradise has been found. Also one of the few places that allows stays shorter than a week as well as one of the places that will allow your small dog to stay.

2 bed 1 bath condo next to Siesta Key Village. Sleeps 5 with 4 adults maximum. There is a master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. And the sleeper sofa in the living room can sleep 1 as well. There is 1 full bathroom with a shower tub combo. A total of 3 smart tvs wall mounted in the unit. One in each bedroom and another in the living room. There is a 12 game arcade system in the second bedroom. Perfect for a family with a kid or two, two couples, or a romantic couple getaway.

We provide fresh linens and bath towels for each guest. Along with starter amounts of coffee pods for the Keurig, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, hand sanitizer, towels, and bar soap. Unit is professionally cleaned before your arrival

Full kitchen equipped with an oven, a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, a blender and anything else you would need for your stay. There is a stacked LG washer dryer combo in the unit which anyone who travels regularly knows is very convenient to have in the rental.

Two parking spots available but no need to rent a car at all. Within walking distance there are plenty of restaurants shops bars night clubs a grocery store and anything else needed. Plus the free trolley will take you up and down the key. The beach is down the street only a quick 7 minute walk away and we provide a beach wagon beach umbrella and beach chairs to easily haul whatever you want to have. Or you also have the heated pool just a few feet away with first come first serve loungers if that’s your preference. If you do have a car a short drive will take you to downtown Sarasota, St Armand’s Circle, the Ringling Museum or many more beautiful local destinations. This will be a vacation you will fondly remember for many years to come.
