The Space:

The fenced in back yard and the amenities tied to it are simply world class, featuring amenities like: a resort style pool with a waterslide, private sport court (pickleball, basketball, hockey, soccer and more), putting green, and a top-tier screened patio area showcasing a custom outdoor kitchen and bar, dining area, and 2 large smart TVs! It is a real tropical oasis with all the necessary comforts, and it has been carefully curated for your large family or group. These spaces are all within the fenced in the backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the estate's pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply).



This 4,000 square foot home provides 6 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half baths, and sleeps 18 people comfortably in beds. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom for your convenience and privacy! The kitchen and adjacent butler's pantry are fully stocked, and we mean that because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it stocked, but it's also stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust. Every chef, catering company, or event coordinator will appreciate this kitchen! The dining areas provide ample seating both inside and outside and offer a multitude of options for gathering. And the living spaces are designed to entertain and create memories with features like a golf simulator that doubles as a movie/gaming theater experience, games and Nintendo Switch gaming console, billiards, wet bars, dry bars, TVs and media centers (80"+ TV/w Soundbar) and so much more. All of this makes vacationing so easy for your large family, multi-generational family, or group!



Floor Plan Description (by level):



Ground Level:

The main staircase and elevator access to all levels is here, along with free parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 covered and 2 uncovered spaces). In the garage space, you'll find the beach equipment provided, 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 bikes, and 10 beach chairs. We also include a full refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker) here as well so your beach prep and breakdown, and your use of the home and pool is that much easier. The main attraction of the ground level is the fully fenced backyard area (pet friendly - fees and restrictions apply) that includes the resort style pool with waterslide and most amenities listed above in the initial summary, including: the outdoor living areas including the screened patio with outdoor kitchen, the putting green, and the club room with bar area and seating and a golf simulator that doubles as a movie/gaming theater, and so much more.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

The home features a great room on this level with the fully stocked kitchen and butler pantry that collectively include a prep sink, 6-burner cooktop with exhaust hood vent, double oven, 2 full sized refrigerator and freezer (both with an ice maker), 2 sets of trash and recycling bins, 2 dishwashers, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more. The kitchen is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dish ware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. The kitchens are set up perfectly for you to host your family or to support private in-home catering services that our team can help you arrange through one of our preferred vendors for an additional cost. The interior dining options include a dining table for 12, kitchen island bar seating for 6, and balcony dining off the great room for 8. The living room provides comfortable custom furniture, cozy decor, and a large smart TV. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on this level. Bedroom 1 is the home's master bedroom. It has a private balcony (pool view), king bed, walk-in closet, and an en suite bath that includes a double vanity, large double shower with a free-standing bathtub, and a private water closet. Bedroom 2 is a king suite that features a king bed, walk-in closet and built-in storage, and an en suite bathroom with a vanity and walk-in shower. There is a half bath, and laundry room with washer/dryer on this level.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

On this level you'll find the club room with media center (80"+ inch TV/w Soundbar), billiards table, high top bar table and couch, and wet bar with beverage refrigerator (ice maker). There are 4 bedrooms on this floor, 3 king bedroom suites and 1 oversized bunk room suite on this floor. Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 are all king suites that feature a king bed, walk-in closet and built-in storage, and an en suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 also has a private balcony (pool view). Bedroom 6 is the home's bunk room featuring 2 sets of custom-built queen over queen bunk beds, dedicated workspace, a built-in closet system, and an en suite bathroom with trough sink and double faucet and a shower/bathtub combination. There is a half bath, and laundry room with washer/dryer on this level.



Getting Around:

Perfectly located one block from all South Siesta's restaurants, entertainment, shopping, markets, marina, and more! This entertainment district is at the end of your street! But, even with this proximity, this grandfather oak lined street maintains a quiet and tranquil setting. It's the perfect mix of fun when you want it, and quiet when you need it. You're also a convenient walk or bike ride from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach (Beach Access 12), so a car is not needed! If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you'll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You're also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to the mainland Sarasota area (5 minutes) and downtown Sarasota (20-25 min) for access to the Sarasota's Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, grocers, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key, Anna Maria Island, Venice Beach, Myakka State Park and so much more are all less than an hour away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!

This Siesta Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.
