The Space:

This house is a Siesta Key gem! Everyone will love this home, and the memories you make here will last forever! Let's start with the amazing outdoor living spaces via covered patios, balconies, pool area, and entertainment space. The heated saltwater pool and spa is so serene, with a waterslide hidden in the lush native landscaping that surrounds the space, an oversized sun shelf for loungers and for the kids to play, and the meandering river sun shelf that connects the raised spa to the pool area - it absolutely feels like your own private oasis. On the backside of the pool, you'll find the putt-putt golf course, and on the other side of the pool you'll find a tee box that extends the putt-putt game into some casual chipping challenges too! The covered patio space includes 2 large smart TVs, and multiple seating and dining options. Nearby you can find ping pong and more patio space with loungers to relax! These spaces are all within the fenced backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the home's pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). As you go up in this home, you'll find multiple balconies with seating and amazing views on all levels, ending at the roof top deck that features wide open Gulf of Mexico and Siesta Key views.



This nearly 5,000 square foot home has 10-foot or vaulted ceilings, so it feels even bigger! It's so spacious, and the floor plan is so inviting for a family or travel group. With well-placed and sized windows and sliding doors, the views are maximized on every level! This home has an elevator with service to all floors (except the rooftop). This home provides 8 bedrooms (7 with en suite baths), including 2 master bedrooms, and 8 full baths and 2 half baths. There are 6 king beds, a custom full over California king bunk bed, and 3 twin beds. It comfortably sleeps 19 people in beds. The great room provides the best views so everyone can enjoy them as it's located on the top floor. It is set up as the perfect gathering space as it includes the kitchen, living, and dining areas of the home with access to a balcony that leads to the rooftop deck. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we mean that because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it stocked, but it's also stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust. This home also offers a club room or secondary living space. The club room features a wet bar area, living room and TV, multiple game options and gaming consoles - Nintendo and Playstation, and access to a balcony.



Floor Plan Description (by level):



Ground Level:

Free parking for up to 6 vehicles (2 covered spaces, and 4 spaces in the driveway). On this ground level you'll find the fully fenced pool and backyard area (pet friendly - fees and restrictions apply), including the covered patio space. As we already shared, the pool and covered patio areas are incredible! In addition to all the details already shared, there are ceiling fans throughout the space for added comfort, an outdoor grill, and a ping pong table too. The home's beach equipment can be found here, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker) here as well so your beach prep and breakdown, and your use of the home and pool is that much easier. These appliances can also be used to support your pool days and time at home as well. You'll also access the home's main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's two (2) living levels above.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

Features a club room with a wet bar with 2 beverage refrigerators, coffee maker, popcorn maker, 6-seat card table, a living area with large TV and gaming consoles - Nintendo and PS4, foosball, half bath, and a balcony with peaking Gulf views. There are also 5 bedrooms on this floor, including the master bedroom (bedroom 1) that features balcony access and peaking Gulf views, king bed, walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with double vanity and a walk-in double shower. Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 all feature king beds and en suite baths with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 6 is located directly off the club room and features 3 twin beds. Bedroom 6 does not have an en suite bath.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

This level features a great room with the fully stocked kitchen that includes a full range and cooktop with hood vent, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, trash and recycling storage, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The living area is very comfortably appointed with smart TV and Gulf views. The dining area here seats 22 people comfortably via a 12-person dining table, 4-person kitchen island bar top, and 6 additional seats a high-top table off the kitchen island. The main balcony off the great room and has dining for 8 plus additional seating, and Sunset and Gulf views. There are 3 Bedrooms on this floor. Master Bedroom 2 (Bedroom 2) features balcony access and Gulf views, King Bed, TV, walk-in closet, and an oversized en suite bath with double vanity, and walk-in shower with a large soaking tub. Bedroom 7 features a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 8 features a custom bunk bed with a full over a California king bed and an en suite bathroom with vanity and a shower/bathtub combination. There is also a half bath and laundry room with 2 stackable washer/dryers on this level.



The Rooftop Deck:

This rooftop space provides seating and open Gulf views. It is perfect for enjoying sunrise over Siesta and greater Sarasota, or sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. So, be sure to grab a book, a coffee or cocktail, and enjoy the sea breeze and Florida sun from this amazing perch overlooking all of Siesta Key.



Getting Around:

Across the street from the beach! This luxury Siesta Key rental home is just steps from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach, and about a casual walk or quick bike ride to Siesta Key Village for access to all the restaurants, entertainment, shopping, grocers, and more. It is the perfect spot!If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you'll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You're also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft (10-15 minutes) to downtown Sarasota for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key and Anna Maria Island are just 30 minutes away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!

This Siesta Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.
