The Space:

Given the location, the views from ALL levels of this Siesta Key luxury vacation home are spectacular! The oversized 400 square foot roof top deck has direct Gulf views, bar top and soft seating, and umbrellas for sun coverage. It is the perfect sunset viewing location! Immediate to this rooftop is the conditioned club room that was designed to enhance the rooftop deck. It offers a half bath, dry bar with beverage refrigerator, seating, two (2) smart TVs, gaming consoles and a Golden Tee arcade game, and a workspace. It’s such a great space! Speaking of great spaces, your whole family will enjoy the heated saltwater pool and spa that doubles as a pool volleyball court and has a water slide! And, at the rear of the pool you’ll find putt-putt golf! Activities galore! Around the pool you’ll find plenty of chairs and loungers, as well as an outdoor grill (natural gas) and dining table. Adjacent to the pool is the expansive covered patio area that features a second dining area, bar top and soft seating, and a dry bar with a beverage refrigerator, ping pong, and three (3) smart TVs! It really is one of the best covered patios around! And these ground level spaces are all within the fenced backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the home’s pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply).



This nearly 4,000 square foot home provides great views and balconies on all levels. This home has an elevator with service to all floors, including the rooftop deck. This home provides 6 bedrooms (4 with en suite baths), and 5 full baths and 2 half baths. There are 4 king beds, 1 custom full over full bunk bed, and 1 custom full over king bunk bed. It comfortably sleeps 16 people in beds. The great room is set up as the perfect gathering space that includes the kitchen, living, and dining areas of the home with access to a balcony with great views. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we mean that because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it stocked, but it’s also stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust. This home also offers a club room or secondary living space (queen sleeper sofa located here). The club room is just off the oversized rooftop deck space and supports it very well.



Floor Plan Description (by level):



Ground Level:

Free parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 covered & 2 driveway spaces). On this ground level you’ll find the fully fenced pool and backyard area (pet friendly – fees and restrictions apply), including the covered patio space and pool that was previously described. In addition to all the details already shared, there are ceiling fans throughout the covered space for added comfort, and the home’s beach equipment can be found here that includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer nearby for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown are that much easier. These appliances can also be used to support your pool days and time at home as well. You’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's three (3) living levels and rooftop deck above.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

You'll find 4 bedrooms here. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and balcony access with peeking gulf views. Bedroom 4 features a king bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and peeking gulf views. Bedroom 5 has a custom full over king bunk bed that is great for adults too, and Bedroom 6 has custom full over full bunk beds that comfortably sleep 4 and a city style closet. Bedrooms 5 & 6 share a bath with a shower/bathtub combination. There is a washer/dryer on this floor.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

This level features a great room with the fully stocked kitchen that includes a full range and cooktop with hood vent, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, trash and recycling storage, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The living area is very comfortably appointed with smart TV and Gulf views. The dining area here seats 12-13 people comfortably via an 8-9 -person custom dining table and a 4-person kitchen island bar top. The home’s main balcony is off the great room and has additional seating for 8, and sunset and Gulf views. Master bedroom 2 is also on this level, and it features balcony access with Gulf views, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. There is a half bath and washer/dryer on this floor.



The Third Level of Living & Rooftop Deck (4th Floor):

You'll find the home's club room and roof top deck spaces as previously described. These areas are perfect for enjoying sunrise over Siesta and greater Sarasota, or sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. So, be sure to grab a book, a coffee or cocktail, and enjoy the sea breeze and Florida sun from this amazing elevated outdoor living space that overlooks all of Siesta Key.You'll also find Master Bedroom 1 here, with Gulf views, direct rooftop access, and a large en suite bathroom with vanity, soaker tub, and walk-in shower.



Getting Around:

Steps away from Siesta Beach Access 7! This amazing home is literally steps to the sands of the world-famous Siesta Key Beach. It’s also only a short walk or even faster bike ride to Siesta Key Village for access to all the restaurants, entertainment, shopping, grocers, and more. You simply can’t beat this location! If you want to adventure further, without the hassle of driving, you’ll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft (10-15 minutes) to downtown Sarasota for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, and fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key and Anna Maria Island are just 30 minutes away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!

Summer Vacation

Beautiful home! We enjoyed our time there, so much! Right across the street from beach access however we did walk down the road to avoid a marsh of sorts to get to the beach. Near Siesta Village which was walking distance to food, ice cream and a scenic night. The grill seemed to have a gas regulator issue as it did ignite flames on two members in my party. There did seem to be a lack of hot water. It would take a good 20-25 minutes to get any hot water. We were a party of 9. Space showers out. The home was gorgeous but had amenities of a hotel plus plenty of dishes. You will not find extra items to coin with like oils, seasonings, etc. Bring extra garbage bags and dishwasher tabs. Two washing machines-dryers which definitely came in handy.

Wonderful place to stay in Siesta Key!

Very nice home in Siesta Key! It had a well equipped kitchen, nice linens and comfortable beds, and beautiful views! The pool area was quiet and private. We enjoyed watching football games on the 3 TVs outside each night. Very comfortable outdoor furniture too! So convenient to be able to walk to the beach and to the village each day. We will be back!

Great Family Beach Vacation

We had a fantastic time at this vacation rental. Check-in was quick and easy since they sent you a text with the door code. The house was very well stocked with plenty of beach towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. There were some kitchen basics that we would’ve liked to have, but we made it work. It was great having to washers and dryers. We had fun walking to the main village to have ice cream in the evenings. The bikes were also great to be able to ride. The elevator was convenient. would definitely stay again

absolutely perfect

i couldn't be happier with the house. the location right across from the beach and just down the street from all the nightlife was supreme. the house management company Vunique vacations was SO responsive and so thoughtful. the house is very modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. no issues whatsoever.
