As you enter, you'll be greeted by a generous foyer equipped with storage for your gear and convenient access to your personal ski locker just outside. Stepping into the main living area, you are welcomed by the breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Monashee Mountains. The upgraded kitchen features a massive island, two ovens, and everything you need to cook for your friends and family, while the adjacent expandable dining room table comfortably seats everyone (extra foldable chairs are in the closet). A separate bar area with a wine fridge and coffee bar adds to the allure. Cozy up in the living room by the gas fireplace, or step outside and enjoy the scenery from the large deck complete with a gas BBQ and private hot tub. This main floor offers an ideal setting to unwind with your favorite beverage while soaking in the breathtaking mountain vistas.

Venture upstairs to discover three bedrooms, a unique separated 3-piece bathroom, and the 8-person sauna which is perfect for the end of a long day on the mountain. All bedrooms are set up for maximum comfort with cozy beds, sitting areas, and scenic views. The king bedroom on this level even has a desk overlooking the Monashee Mountains – in case you have some work to do. The bunk room is a kid’s paradise! There are two sets of bunk beds with a trundle bed. Not to mention a TV, an oversized cozy chair, arcade cabinet, and foosball table. Could you ask for anything more?

The bathroom layout on this level ensures convenience and privacy, with separate areas for bathing and grooming. Separate rooms house the clawfoot tub and a sink, the stand-up shower, and the toilet with an additional sink. There are two hot tubs, one accessed from the main living area in the house and the other from the suite. Both the main and suite private hot tubs are open for the winter and summer seasons only. They are both closed for the shoulder seasons.

Parking: There are 8 outdoor parking spots for your stay. This long straight driveway is ideal if you are bringing a trailer with all your toys.

Ski Access: Just steps away from the end of the driveway, use the public ski access (No. 3) to reach the village and chairlifts at the start of your day and return home along the skiway right to the same ski access.

Bookend Mountain Retreat Whole House is a fully equipped house with two sets of laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

The pet fee is $30 plus taxes per night/per pet. With VRBO, the pet fee listed is priced for the duration of your stay. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could just make first tracks in the morning.
