The A-Frame is 800 square feet of living area with an additional open air bedroom accessed by a ladder. The bedroom has a high end queen memory foam mattress. Additional guests can stay on a foldable queen memory foam mattress that can be set up in the living room. The couch can also sleep one or two additional people. The property has just under an acre of space and can fit multiple cars including trailers and toys etc. Guests have access to the entire property however the owner does have trailers and snowmobiles parked on site and out of the way. The house is on well water which does have a slight sulfur smell to it. It is all filtered and completely fine to drink, but just want to give guests a heads up. The water comes from an aquifer 300 feet below the property, so every shower is essentially a mineral bath :)
