This gorgeous apartment is located in the best spot of the island. You have everything right at your doorstep. Of course the complex has a beautiful pool, Kim Sha Beach is at 2 minutes walking and so is Market Garden Supermarket. Lots of restaurants, bakeries, bars, casinos are within walking distance.

This is a large 1 bed-1,5bath apartment with gorgeous views over the lagoon and perfect if you want to enjoy all of SXM.

This apartment has everything you need. The bedroom has a king size bed, lots of storage space and a bathroom. You will also find the comfortable living room with a sofa, flat screen tv and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster etc). There is a beautiful balcony with wide open doors to enjoy the breeze.

There is an extra guest bathroom in the hallway.

On top of all of this the complex has a gorgeous pool and a gated parking.

Simpson Bay is a quiet neighborhood just around the corner of all action you might be looking for. Super close to casinos, restaurants, supermarkets and the bakery. Of course the beach is at 5 minutes walking distance too.

There are so many things to do in less than a 5 minute walk or drive. There is local transport at 1 minute from your apartment but of course you can alsp rent a car (smallest are at about 25/35$ a day) as there are so many places to visit at both sides of the island.

Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, activities, marinas with ferries to other islands are close to home. There are shops, spa's, a golf course, marinas with ferries to other islands, water sports and a movie theater. The capitols Philipsburg on the Dutch side and Marigot on the French side offer duty free shopping and local markets. Visit Pinel Island for a great day on the beach or go to Grand Case for a French dining experience. One of the things St Maarten is famous for is the sight of the planes landing on Juliana airport. Just past the airport you will find the famous Sunset Beach Bar and Driftwood bar where the planes practically land on your head.
