Luxury 2 bedroom unit at the prestigious Aqualina Beach Club directly on Simpson Bay beach. Unit 201 is ideal for one or two couples that love outdoor living and easy access to the beach. The unit has a large balcony with a view of Simpson Bay and beach access. The interior of the unit is luxuriously appointed with everything one could imagine needing to enjoy their holiday. Both bedrooms feature Tempur-Pedic mattresses & fine linens. The kitchen is a chef`s dream come true.
We kindly ask you that read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during you stay.

1. No parties or events allowed.
2. Please respect the neighbors and ensure noise levels are reasonable.
3. No smoking inside.
4. No pets.
5. Ensure there are no chairs or other items near the sliding doors before closing the shutters with the remote control as this will damage the shutters.
6. Please do not leave windows or doors open when running the central air conditioning system. This will cause condensation as well as continually work the compressor.
7. Please always turn off the AC unit when you leave the unit, or you are not inside.
8. Please take extra care of the keys and shutter remotes. Lost keys or remotes incur a replacement fee.
9. Please take care of the furnishings.
