This home is privately owned and located in a high-end residential community. The rules outlined above are enforced by the owner, the HOA, and the city, and they are in place to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and guests. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies. Non-compliance may result in fines, penalties, or early termination of your stay without refund.

• Gourmet Kitchen – Outfitted with premium Miele appliances, sleek cabinetry, and everything you need to dine in.

• Two En-Suite Bedrooms – Each with its own spa-style bathroom, walk-in shower, plush linens, and ample storage.

• Laundry Room – In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

• Private & Peaceful – Located in the Peace residential tower, known for its quiet and restorative atmosphere.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Parking

• Self Check-In – Seamless, secure entry with detailed access instructions provided before arrival.

• Valet Parking – Required by the building. $35 per day per vehicle or $250 monthly.

• Application Fee – A one-time $150 building application fee is required for each rental.

Other Things to Note:

House Rules

The first payment will be processed through our terminal, HVR Concierge. The remaining balance must be completed via wire transfer or check.

PETS

• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance.

• If approved, only small pets are permitted for a $300 fee per pet.

• Unauthorized pets or evidence of pets will result in a $500 fine and may lead to early termination of your stay.

• Pets are not allowed on furniture or rugs and must be crated when left alone. You will be responsible for cleaning or replacing any damaged or soiled items.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

• No parties or events are permitted.

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, strictly enforced.

• Loud music or excessive noise at any time is prohibited.

• Violation will result in a $500 fine, immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund, and potential police involvement.

NO SMOKING

• Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the unit or common areas.

• Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated areas only; proper disposal of cigarette waste is required.

• Vaping and electronic cigarettes are also prohibited indoors.

• No illegal drug use is permitted at any time.

SAME-DAY BOOKINGS

• Same-day reservations must be made at least 4 hours before check-in and no later than 7 PM on the day of arrival.

SURVEILLANCE & ENFORCEMENT

• Some units and common areas are monitored with outdoor cameras to protect property and community standards.

• Tampering with surveillance equipment will result in immediate fines and possible removal from the property.
