Great apartment in the center of Sitges, a 2-minute walk from San Sebastián beach, with capacity for 6 people.
The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, a small multipurpose room with a sofa bed, a large bathroom with a shower, a separate kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, and a spacious and bright living-dining room equipped with a Smart TV. From the living room, you have access to a small balcony from which you can enjoy the sun and tranquility of the area. At the rear of the home, next to the multipurpose space, you can also access a small balcony. This comfortable apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay in Sitges. So close to the sea and the city center, yet in a comfortable and peaceful setting where you can relax during your vacation. It has air conditioning and heating ducts, and Wi-Fi connection. Pets are allowed upon request, fees apply. There is a reserved parking space upon request and subject to availability. Please inquire directly with us. Price is €15/day. Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay)

- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 supplement.
Exit information:- Check-out time is at 11 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon leaving, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
