Enjoy direct water access and take advantage of nearby kayak rentals to explore the peaceful channels right from your backyard. Hiking trails are close by, and the quaint town of Cathlamet is just a short drive away if you need to stock up or explore local spots.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the property, minus access to the garage.

The main level features an open-concept layout with a sleek, fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room, and a wall of windows showcasing stunning water views. Step through to the deck for indoor-outdoor living at its finest. A full bathroom and warm, inviting finishes throughout make the downstairs feel both functional and relaxing.

Upstairs, you’ll find a peaceful primary bedroom that opens into a stylish Jack-and-Jill lounge—perfect as a reading nook, home gym, or an additional sleeping area with a pull-out couch. The space includes a rowing machine, weights, and serene views for a wellness-focused retreat. A large walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom, are accessible through the master.

Having your own vehicle is strongly recommended, as the property is located in a more remote area outside the city.

This home is a great fit for taller guests, with high ceilings and spacious layouts throughout!

There is a level 2 charger that can be made available upon request.
