The Space:
When you pull in, you have ample parking. There is enough additional private parking to accommodate 7 cars total. Property is located across the street from Lake Skaneateles.

~ First level of the house ~

When you enter the house, you are met with a modern, yet rustic design that lets your stress melt away. The living room has an open concept feel that flows to the kitchen, dining room, and backyard.

This is a very unique backyard, compared to most properties in the area. You have a large outdoor area, with ample privacy as there are no neighbors to the right or back of the property.

- Only 5 miles from downtown Skaneateles
- This property provides the best of both worlds - complete privacy and everything you would want in a lake house, and located close to the attractions of the Finger Lakes, Watkins Glens Falls, and the Syracuse.

Please note property is in a heavily wooded area near the lake and thus please expect bugs, flies, ants, etc.
