🛏️ Bedrooms: One double bedroom, one twin room and a single in the rear area/hallway with a pull out second single bed which is put up in the living room, ideal for families or small groups.



🚿 Bathroom: Modern bathroom with separate shower cubicle, heated towel rail & toilet.



🌿 Garden & Outdoors: Enjoy your private garden with seating area and garden furniture, leading directly onto the grounds and tranquil fishing lake 🎣.

The cottage is easy to reach from the A158. As you head east on Station Road, turn right onto Bratoft Lane and follow the lane — Lilac Cottage will be located on the left-hand side.



🚖 Taxis are available locally for easy travel to Skegness, Ingoldmells, and surrounding areas.



🚆 The nearest main rail links are at Skegness Station, providing connections to larger towns and cities.



🚗 By car, Skegness is around a 10–15 minute drive, with Ingoldmells and nearby coastal attractions also within easy reach.

🎣 The property is set within grounds that include a private fishing lake. While this offers a peaceful and scenic setting, please take care around the water’s edge at all times. Children must be supervised near the lake, and guests use the area at their own risk.
