Villa Aerides is a pool villa for rent in Skiathos island of Greece with superb open sea view, a unique barbecue, big garden and an accommodates up to 10 persons.
The villa is built in three levels leading to the ground floor or directly outside. The main entrance is on the 2nd floor where is the living room, dining room, kitchen, WC and a big balcony with shadow and superb sea view all around. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms with A/C and balcony or terrace. There is 1 double bedroom with a shared bathroom and 1 twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
On the first level there is 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and its own private entrance. There is also a balcony with nice sea view.
On the ground floor there is an apartment of two rooms with easy access to the swimming pool, garden and the parking area make this villa ideal for families with elderly parents.
Villa Aerides is set in a lovely olive grove in a panoramic position called Vigles, over the city, harbor and the airport and so close to the city center, only 1.6 km where you can go even by foot in 20'. Near by are two of the best taverns in the island (Agnadio and Anatoli ). The peaceful area and the superb view will make you stay away from the crowded center. The Villa would be a fantastic base for family wedding parties, we have an extra special room for bride and groom with a superb 4 poster bed. The wedding reception can be organised in the garden. Leaving the airport behind, direction to Skiathos town, you pass hotel Stelina on your left and the stadium on the right and next turn (before the gasoline station) you turn on the right (the way to KASTRO and in 200 m you turn again to the right (the way to Evaggelistria), you pass the tavern Agnadio, villa Dafni and hotel Vigles and at the NEXT turn to the right passing between two gates, straight drive you at the parking of Aerides.
