The space
This is brand new home custom built by local craftsmen within a 4,950m2 plot with olive trees. Accommodation is arranged on two different living levels totaling 1,400 sqft (130 sqmt) indoor space.

- GROUND FLOOR (LIVING, KITCHEN, DINING, FULL BATH)
The entrance of the house takes one into the open plan indoor, with air conditioning and 55" HDTV, comprising kitchen, dining and living. The dining table flows into the living area, which has two separate sitting areas, both with convertible sofas. Numerous windows bring in the light and the views. Off to the side there is a full bathroom, including walk-in shower. The kitchen at the rear of the ground floor space is fully equipped with electrical appliances and plenty of utensils and crockery, making cooking a real pleasure, while looking out at the virgin forest from the many windows. A side door leads to the covered patio for easy serving of your alfresco dinners.

- TOP FLOOR (2 BEDROOMS, 2 FULL BATHS, COMMON WORKSPACE)
From the living room area, access to the hall of upper level is via a handcrafted wooden staircase (18 comfortable steps). In the common area of the spacious hall there is a dedicated workspace with wifi that’s well-suited for working. There are two well-appointed double bedrooms here with traditional exposed beamed roofs. Each bedroom has a furnished covered balcony, en-suite shower room, wardrobe, TV and AC, making it a private retreat.

Spacious area with easy access from all living room French doors. Garden furniture and umbrella at your disposal to enjoy the sun and the views.

- COVERED PATIO
Dine alfresco in the dining area of the patio, admiring the view of the sea and the neighboring virgin forest. This is a lovely place with constant sea breezes and has direct access from the kitchen door for easy serving.
Guest access
Full access to all indoor and outdoor areas. The amenities and the grounds of the property will remain at the complete disposal of guests.

- During the summer months, our guests will have the privilege of enjoying free sunbeds and umbrellas on the unspoilt "Perivoliou" beach.
