As you venture inside, you will find a fully furnished open kitchen, stocked with all the necessities of home! The kitchen boasts a Side-by-Side Refrigerator/Freezer, Electric Stove/Oven, Microwave and stand-alone ice maker to name a few. The open kitchen has bar seating for 8 and leads directly into a well-furnished living area consisting of multiple reclining sofa's, recliner and a 70" Roku TV. Access to the 1/2 bath is accessible from the living area as well. The loft is nestled above with an amazing view of the river! Children and adults alike will love this loft as it has a 58" Roku TV, leather reclining couch & sofa, and a 2-person stand-alone arcade gaming console. At night, the loft can be transformed into a sleeping area with the two supplied air mattresses.

The large Master bedroom is very roomy and boast a King Size bed, Smart Tv, Blue Ray player (with movies) a walk-in closet with Dresser and has private access to the outside deck and hot tub! The Master bath features a stunning cedar wrapped soaking tub to immerse and unwind after a long day of entertainment. A separate, walk in double shower with double shower heads and his and hers double Vanity sinks compliments this beautifully lighted and decorated bathroom! All linens and hand soaps provided.

The other Two bedrooms are stunningly decorated with one having a beautiful King bed and the other a beautiful Queen Bed. Each room is furnished with Smart TV'S, Dressers, Nightstands with Lamps and private closets! They share a large Jack n Jill bathroom with His and Hers Double Sink Vanity with a Shower and Tub combination. All linens and hand soaps provided.

The Laundry room features full size stacked washer and dryer combo. These whirlpool units are front loading, laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided during your stay!

Back outside, the excitement can be found on the large deck, where you may choose to relax in the 5-person hot tub (Towels provided) or choose too simply take a seat in one of the rocking chairs, read a book or just enjoy the peaceful sound of the river passing by. For the outdoor cooking enthusiasts, prepare a meal for your loved ones on the Pellet Grill and enjoy outdoor dining on the large comfy lakeside patio furniture!

Whether you choose to fish, kayak or simply set on one of the several benches overlooking the river, we promise you will enjoy all this amazing property has to offer! As the sun sets among the pines, take time to enjoy your family and friends by the fire pit! The fire pit is surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a built in swing where visiting with loved ones, star gazing and smores are a must!! Some firewood provide.
