While we enjoyed our stay overall, the property management company did not communicate promptly, completely, or effectively to our questions and concerns. We asked that the electricity to the hot tub be turned off as we were not going to use it, and would be paying for electricity. We made several attempts to get a response, but only finally told that the owner would be notified. We did not get any verification this was done. An even bigger issue was that one bedroom on the lower level became infested with bugs, making it inhabitable. We were told by Novasol that they would have it addressed, however we received no notification that it was. If someone came to the house while we were out, there should have been a note informing us of that. Also, the back living area of the house was quite musty. Finally, one of the entrance door locks was quite difficult to lock properly.
