The major appliances are all stainless and include a refrigerator, range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The kitchen was also remodeled in late 2019 and has all new solid surface countertops and all new cabinetry. From the kitchen you will have fabulous views of the Intracoastal/Sound to the rear and the ocean to the front. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU.
