This is a reverse floor plan home, which means the main living level - living room, dining room and kitchen is on the uppermost level to maximize the straight on ocean views.

C-side Retreat is a beautiful beachfront oasis nestled along the shoreline of North Topsail Beach and situated on an oceanfront B lot that has gorgeous ocean views straight out from your deck. The private beach access is right out front and connects directly to both levels of the home with outdoor showers on each level. Whether you are on your top-level deck or the lower-level deck, just follow the walkway from the house and right out to the white sandy beach.

Welcome to C – side Retreat… your beachfront vacation retreat where the sunrises and sunsets are magical and the views are unbelievable. As you enter this lovely home, there are 3 bedrooms on the first level and 2 full bathrooms as well as a private laundry area with full size washer and dryer. All bedrooms face the ocean and have direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will find comfortable seating for having that first cup of morning coffee while watching the early morning sunrise right out front.

Master bedroom 1 is located on the oceanfront (north facing) and has a king bed and its own private bath with tub and shower. This bedroom has a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, dresser, mirror, night stands and direct access out to the oceanfront deck.

Bedroom 2 is located on the oceanfront (south facing) and has a king bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, storage chest, nights stands and a full bath with tub and shower right outside the bedroom door. This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck.

Bedroom 3 on this level is located between the two king bedrooms and is also on the oceanfront side of the home. This bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with two upper twin bunks (this room sleeps 4). This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck. The bathroom and laundry room are right outside the bedroom door.

As you move up to the top level, you will find a beautiful open floorplan with the living room, dining, and kitchen, which makes for great family time together. This level also has direct access out to the top-level oceanfront deck where you will find lots of outdoor furniture (captains chairs) for enjoying the cool ocean breezes and watch the dolphins as they troll the shoreline for their morning meal. From this top level, the views are simply captivating.

The living room is very spacious with plenty of seating for family time together. There are two sofas as well as arm chairs, coffee table and end tables. The walls of glass showcase the mesmerizing ocean views right out front. There is a large flat screen smart TV with DVD and a game station available.

The dining area is all open to the kitchen and living room and is adjacent to another wall of glass for showcasing those beautiful Topsail Island views. This is certainly dining by the sea, and you will not want to give up your spot at this table. The dining table has seating for 8 with another 4 at the kitchen bar area.

The kitchen is open and spacious with direct views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations, including all required major appliances as well as small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a large double door fridge with water and ice dispenser, smooth top range/oven, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a regular coffee maker as well as a k-cup (Keurig) and a expresso maker, toaster, and blender.

Bedroom 4 is located on this top level and is equipped with a bunk bed with 2 doubles, a flatscreen TV, and a storage chest. Right outside the bedroom door is a full bath with walk-in shower.

On this level, you will find a large entertainment cabinet with lots of board games and kids toys for the enjoyment of the entire family.

ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
