This ultimate water escape in the heart of Topsail Island is situated on a narrow strip between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean and boasts water views from every porch and window of the home. Running to the beach is a snap just a few steps from the front yard! Family friendly, and you can even bring your dog!   



Ground Level:

Parking for 6 vehicles, size dependent. Juice Box Electric Vehicle Charging Station. Private outdoor cold shower. Beach equipment to share with guest. Elevator to all levels. Stairwell to Side Entrance. All new exterior lighting installed in spring of 2025.



Level 1:

Primary Bedroom Suite: King size bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV, ensuite Ocean View porch, ensuite bath

Primary Ensuite Bathroom: double vanity with granite countertops, garden tub, step-in shower, toilet

Full Width Ocean View Porch: seating vignette

Guest Bunkroom: twin over full bunkbed, smart tv, ceiling fan, shared back porch access

Back Sound View Full Width Shared Porch: Seating vignette

Guest Queen Bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan, smart tv,  shared back porch access

Kitchen: granite countertops, double stainless sink with pull spray faucet, stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, electric glass top range, microwave, fully equipped for cooking meals at home. Door to Sound Side sun deck.

Kitchen Sun Deck: Intracoastal view, all weather seating vignette.

Guest bedroom 3: Queen bed,, smart tv, ceiling fan, shared access to Kitchen Sun Deck

Guest Bathroom: Vanity, shower

Dining Room: dining table seats 6, kitchen counter seats 3.

Living Room: sectional sofa, coffee table, wall mount smart TV, ceiling fan, video games.

Front Ocean View Full Width Porch: Adirondack pub chairs, all weather dining table and benches.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit. 



Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. Call to make pet payment. A second dog is allowed with an additional payment.



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.



Things To Do on Topsail Island

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. Each of these attractions offers its own unique charm and adds to the allure of a vacation on Topsail Island.

The Neighborhood:

Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches offer shopping, locally owned restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the Jolly Rodgers Pier. During the summer months we have Fishing charter boats; pontoon boats and jet skis are also available. Surf City offers several local owned boutiques, family restaurants, parks, and a 937-foot-long fishing pier. Surf City is also home to the exciting Missiles and More museum Which is a former missile plant turned into a museum. You can also relax during your stay at the Sound Park to enjoy live bands and on special nights bring your chair and watch an outdoor movie. There are approximately 7 golf courses within the Topsail Area that are open to the public.



Getting Around:

Sea Coast Input : Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pleasure Island at an hourly rate).

Carolina / Kure Beach is easily navigable once you're here. Our beach towns are very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended beach accessories. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Carolina/Kure Beach and explore the Carolina Beach state park and its’ many hiking trails. Or the Carolina Beach Greenway walking trail.

For a day trip travel from Ft. Fisher to Southport aboard the Southport Car Ferry and their many antique stores.
