This Newly remodeled Ocean Front town home with smart keyless entry, in North Topsail Beach is ready for your family and friends to enjoy !

Comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, kitchen with all the essentials, and Three ocean front decks so you can relax to the sound of the sea. Direct beach access from the main living level deck and Queen bedroom. Walk white sand beach, watch ocean wildlife from the decks, enjoy sunrise & sunsets, find peace and tranquility, No crowded beaches!

First level has 2 bedrooms, beautifully decorated and a full bathroom (1 Queen bedroom and 2 twin bunkroom).Bedrooms have mounted flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans.

The second level is Open concept living containing custom kitchen with dining peninsula, kitchen table and comfortable living room with mounted flat-screen TV and beautiful direct ocean views. The multicade game table with 60 classic arcade games is set on free play for lots of family fun ! Rediscover family time and make memories!

The third level Master Suite is a spacious Private sanctuary with a King size bed, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, bathroom with shower, jetted tub and a private ocean front balcony ! Feel the stress melting away !

Full size washer and dryer are located on the garage level.

Park style grill located outside, behind the garage ocean side. If you bring a grill, DO NOT BRING GRILL UP ON THE DECK! Grilling on the deck is a violation of the town ordinance, YOU COULD BE FINED!

Overall, great place to stay for the price! All concerns were addressed promptly by host. Check-in was easy. Interior of property was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Even though this is a townhome with rentals on either side, we never had issues with noise or the beach feeling crowded! My only gripe is about the furniture and security. The patio furniture is just plastic chairs, no tables. All the beds and mattresses are very cheap and uncomfortable. Seating for dining are metal stools with no backs. Almost all sliding doors are only secured by wooden blocks, as the latches are broken. The curtains are all very thin and provide little privacy (which is concerning when you have connected neighbors sharing your beach access).Kids and adults loved the gaming table! Host is great and very clear with expectations. We would definitely stay again with some minor upgrades

Best vacation location

This was the best vacation ever! The location, the amazing house and the kindness of the host! The week was so relaxing and the house was so comfortable! We made the best memories this year! This was our first time at topsail and it is definitely our new favorite!

Perfection

This is everything we wanted in a beachfront property. The house had what we needed and the beach was Topsail perfect. We were so glad she had beach chairs and boogie boards. The shark teeth hunting was top notch. If you need to run to a store, it’s so close to Sneeds Ferry that it’s a breeze. We couldn’t find part of the coffee maker on our first morning but Beth had a new one delivered lickety split. Best communication I’ve ever had with a host. I Was worried about being able to hear the neighbors with a shared wall but we never did and we had people on both sides. Would definitely stay here or at any of Beth’s properties.

It was very comfortable. Great location beautiful beach. When we arrived we short a set of sheets. I texted the owner Beth and she immediately responded. Sent the sheets right over. I will say the shared bath tub was a little outdated. But everything was clean well decorated. I would definitely stay there and recommend to others to stay there as well.

A Truly Peaceful Stay

We always enjoy our stay in Topsail but this was our first time staying north of the Sneads Ferry bridge. The peace and quiet we found at this home were unmatched, with sweeping ocean views from all spaces (save one bunk bedroom) and few people on the beaches. Our dog loved chasing balls on the open sand! The house was clean, the new decking, carpet, and laminate flooring were beautiful, and everything worked just as it should. The only downsides: (1) no dining table, but we made the bar spaces work for the two of us, and (2) no pantry space, so we had to keep most of our food on the counters. We would stay here again and recommend this to other small families.

Spring break

Great spot for our spring break trip with our kids and puppy. Easy access to the beach, great Master suite, plenty of deck space. We had great weather so didn’t spend much time inside. Well stocked kitchen and starter products. Super easy checking in and leaving. Would stay again.

Steps from the beach

You can't beat the location. You are right on the beach. The views are amazing. The shelling was awesome. We did do some fishing right off the shore behind the rental. We caught everything from a stingray to a shark. The only negatives about the rental are... It would have been nice to have been updated that they are working on building a house two doors down. Definitely woken up to construction every morning. They also worked until dark. Not very peaceful. The king sized bed was also very uncomfortable. I also feel like the listing should inform you that there is 4 flights of stairs to get to the master bedroom.
